I have been coming here for roughly two years because it is very close to my office. I absolutely love the concept of Itsu both in term of the choice of meals they offer and their reward scheme. I find this location in particular to be exceptionally good. The team works very hard to ensure a smooth and quick experience even during rush-hour - the sushi counter is always fully stocked and the team is attentive to which customers might need help. Whenever I have eaten inside I always found the atmosphere pleasant - always clean and never loud or overcrowded. During lunch times I am always welcomed in by Errol's smile and positivity.
