Jade Garden — Restaurant in London

I ordered some food a variety of Chicken Chow MEIN and Egg Fried Rice and King Prawn Fried and Fried Prawn in Batter and when it arrived the Egg Fired Rice was boiled Rice with a tinge of a very light colour so was the Prawn Fried Rice I ordered. I rang Jade Garden and this woman picked up and I told her that the Prawn Fried Rice was the same as the Egg Fried Rice with just Prawns added she said to me you ordered it u did not say I had to put Soya Sauce in it, I said to her I did not know I had to say these things she then replied you people want things and different things and other stuff I said to her what do you mean and she was so rude she put down the phone rude loud mouth as ever. I called her back to ask her what do you mean you people she said she did not say that and my Grandson of 11 heard all of this. So all I say to you please think again of ordering from this Chinese Restaurant - the Woman is rude if u say or complain - the food is so not tasty and boiled rice and the dishes just put together with no taste at all on...

We got a delivery just for a small dinner for me and my two kids. We got a special curry egg fried rice bbq ribs and spring rolls. The special curry had about 5 pieces of beef 5 crappy pieces of chicken and half an onion and that's meant to be the house special curry the ribs weren't even bbq ribs pork ribs aren't meant to be white on the inside and like rubber the sauce wasn't even bbq it tasted like sweet and sour we got two portions of spring rolls there was no meat in the spring rolls and we spent £25 quid worst 25 quid ever spent. Terrible customer service just dreadful. I called and i was left to wait on the line for 2 minutes with no explanation. Then i tried to explain the address and post code and the woman says, can you just be quite there is too much people talking just hurry up and make the order! What sort of customer service is this?
