This rating is given to the shift before 5pm. I went there for a dinner originally but called it off after the bad services. I ordered a grande cappuccino, turned out it was diluted and was only half of the paper cup (around 110ml). In fact, when I was told there’s no ceramic cup, I saw them ready for the dinner time.
