Absolutely horrible i came here and ordered for takeout and when i got home to eat i found a orange crinkled hair i immediately called and complained and the man who’s hair it was ironically answered by the man who the hair belonged to. As i was complaining he said that no one else complained and it was my fault for it. He said in a very rude tone that i should recheck if thr hair was mine first.I am very dissatisfied as i always go their to eat out. This always happens to be honest. These people do not treat people kindly and respectfully. Also the one who looks more younger who mostly works with thr orders is the only one who is respectful and considerate. When they first opened up the service and the food was the best. And I mean it the best. But nowadays the service and the food is terrible and I won’t recommend anyone going there. I’ve worked in the same trade for about 12 years. And from my experience the chips which they served me had been cooked few times because the chips was two different colours. One was extremely over cooked. You can stab some and kill them and the other was slightly over cook. So if your still want to go and try them please check your food before you pay. Was reluctant to leave a review but after having faced the same issue twice it’s only right i do. Fair skin guy who i’m sure is the owner of this place keeps cutting corners. Asked him the first time why he is chucking in fried chips back into the oil with new a new batch for my order - to this he waffled some nonsense which made sense only to himself. He done this again the second time when i came in and specifically told him please don’t add old chips back into the fryer as u just end up with hard oily chips, guy still done it.
