We ordered 4 dosas during our visit. The dosa itself was just okay, but the sambar was very disappointingâbland and lacking any real flavor. I had the ghee onion dosa, which was overloaded with raw onions that seemed undercooked, making it quite unpleasant.
I had visited this place before when the owner mentioned they were renovating, so I hoped it would be better this time. Sadly, cleanliness was still a big issue. The place felt dirty, the toilets were in poor condition, and I noticed they were using one container for both washing and serving utensils, which felt extremely unhygienic.
We also tried their regular falooda, but it tasted like plain rose sharbatâdefinitely not a proper falooda.
As South Indians running a South Indian food place, I expected a stronger grasp on flavor and authenticity. The taste really needs improvement, especially when serving signature dishes from your own cuisine.
That said, I support small businesses, so Iâm giving 2.5stars. But I strongly recommend focusing on cleanliness, hygiene, and getting the basics of the food right, especially if itâs your own...
Read moreWorst experience. Feeling cheated. The waitress is pathetic, doesnt know basic manners atleast apologise but instead arguing to check cctv she says. I ordered 2 lemon drink from the menu which is 99p each and i get lemon juice instead charged 6 pound. I trusted the restaurant at first but later When i asked for bill i saw the price. They gave me only 2 pound back instead of 4 pound. Never going back to this pathetic place unless i get an apology. It is their mistake, they should either update the menu or inform that lemon drink is unavailable and replacement is lemon juice. Also waitress could inform us while ordering. Conpletely her mistake. You must be honest or you will lose customers like this. Never seen such arrogant waitress and they should deduct her salary for such behavior to customers đĄ Please explain to her how to be hospitable to customers. Learn hospitatlity first and...
