I had very bad experience in this restaurant. I was fasting and I went to have iftar there with my daughter. . I ordered mixed grill with chips and drinks. The waiter Came back and said that they are buzy and that the mixed grill will take half an hour. I said I could wait. He said but it will be long. U can order from this menu, the biryani etc… I said ok I would get biriyani. Although that wasn’t wat I wanted to eat. Then I see two Indian men come way after me and sat behind. As I’m still waiting for the biryani, they already got their mixed grill put on the table. I spoke to the waiter and told him that this isn’t right, thar the two men came after me and got the mixed grill that I have been told it will take long and pushed to order something I don’t want. Clearly the two men Are from same country, unlike me. So they would rather serve them what they want and push me to order something that is already made. So that the two men can have their iftar with mixed grill before me . Although I came first and I should have been served what I asked for before them. The waiter was young boy, he said he just told me what they told him to do. Racism is a crime that sadly many people get away with. I was very disappointed and upset. I left without having my iftar. I hope that this man that ordered the waiter to mistreat me just because I am not an Indian woman gets his karma. And I hope it goes in his Ramadan”s bad deads. My daughter was also fasting same way the other two Indian man were fasting. Might Allah pay him. I love Indian food and never has similar experience in any...

This restaurant just had a refurbishment which is ok....the food is pretty decent especially their Haleem and kebab rolls. the mix grill is quite dry though. The staff always seem not very attentive and you have to usually shout to get their attention as they always have their backs turned to you talking to the kitchen/counter staff. There are 2 managers in the restaurants who seem to always be shady looking, always staring at the customers. But the worst part of this restaurant is the form of payment/bill at the end of your meal; they insist that you go outside and use their cash point to withdraw cash and then pay them. This is very embarrassing when you are with your family or friends. and they always say that the payment card swipe machine is not working!...lie lies lies. I spoke to the manager on several occasions and he was happy that he was saving a measly 2% on every meal by not offering to customers the card payment option and saving himself 2%!..2% !!!!!....he was also boasting that he was now making money for the use of the ATM outside by telling customers to go out in the freezing rain and cold to pay for their meals!....really cheap misers! So overall nice food, not very attentive staff, piercing eyes managers, and cheap skate payment option just...
