I've never experienced such a bad customer service specially in an ice cream place where they have to serve something that doesn't require cooking. We went to this place and it's the last day of the 50% government discount with many people lining up and we were told we were the last to be served inside. As we got to the door a female staff with broken accent comes and tells us we will not be served to eat in unless it's a take away and when we explained that we were already told we we will be the last to be served inside she gets rude and ignores what we were told. Another staff who claimed he's the manager comes and says we can still have a seat. After an hour waiting when we finally got seats another staff comes and says unless it's for takeaway he doesn't take our order. Again we wanted to speak to the manager and another staff comes and claimed to be a manager and he says he will serve us as there is still time. But we were kept waiting for another 20 minutes for them to come and take our orders and when they finally come to take order their pen doesn't work and he goes back and start chatting to his friends as if we were not there. It was after 12am they took our order and gave us the ice cream one by one and we couldn't enjoy together as a family. The staff started going out in group of 2 and started smooking weed by the door and you could smell as if they were smooking indoor. When it came to paying they asked us to pay in full saying the government discount stops after midnight. When we said it's their problem for not taking our orders on time they said they give us 30% discount. When we told them what they doing is wrong and then they decided to give us the full discount. We fought to have it indoor, we fought to give our order and we fought to pay the correct amount. The whole team were bunch of unprofessional, rude and arrogant. The ice cream didn't taste the same flavour as in the menu and the glass was messy with ice cream. I would never go back to this place and would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid this place as they will ruin...

I come into the store, it's not even full but the music is loud, I flipped my own table for the group to sit at, the man allocating tables said sit wherever you like after failing to find a table for a group of 4.

Then I use the restroom to wash before eating, there was no sign that lead to the toilet, they probably didn't want anyone to see it! I took pictures because I couldn't believe it, pss on the seat, diluted washing soap, water all over the floor. Worst toilets ever

When I came out I was looking forward to ice cream, my friend made the order ahead of me and I took the ice cream tub she pointed at, I took the tub and the worker quickly stopped me by grabbing the tub and asking 'can I see your receipt?' I looked at him strange, he repeated slowly 'receipt?!' as if speaking to a handicapped child, I turned my side from him whilst my friend explained that it was paid for already by herself, he didn't say sorry but left it on the counter for me to take. I don't know why the staff have to be so rude and condescending, it's not like I'm disturbing a scientific lab when I ask for 2 scoops, that the job is so complex that they cannot multitask it with customer service, or clean as you go as a standard. The truth is I saw more people closing than serving, one person was serving about 10 customers that still needed service , hence

OK THE ICE CREAM I had a mango, and passionfruit scoop, passionfruit was sharp and fruity but did not have a fully rounded sweet flavour of passionfruit (I used to eat passionfruit from my garden off the vine so I knew it was missing something) The mango, tasted a bit like mango pulp, a bit artificially sweet and sharp, but to be fair she sharpness resembled the giant African mangoes found around The Gambia, but I think its really good freezer ice cream, but it didn't taste fresh. The desserts are nice but I didn't appreciate the Mr whippy icecream with my dessert I asked for vanilla ice cream and got Mr whippy and paid double. When my tea came I got hot milk instead of cold and the lady replied "we serve hot milk as customers ask" but I didn't. THEN nearer to finishing our desserts they're were constant flies everywhere the main guy says "it's closed where the ice-creams are kept" yet flies can crawl. By law every food place needs a light fly killer. Did you know your dessert shop could be closed down for this, it's one of the things that OPS check and is part of Health & Safety. I should actually report this. If you have midgeys fly's in your restaurant its because your environment isn't being cleaned on regular basis. I think I might have to report your company to environmental health. My friends daughter had an icecream for all we know she could get I'll and if she does you do know you will be getting into bother. When we tried to call someone all of a sudden the music were to loud and the front staff were far too busy having a laugh and joke amongst each other which was out of order. I will pass the bad news around to my friends and family. YOUR toilets are disgusting no wonder you have flies and how can you say "we can't do anything about it"? ANYTHING is possible and nothing is impossible. You can do something about it. I will be taking this further. it's the 2nd time I've been and I'm not happy. You weren't that busy when we came in yet they're were alot of staff with lack of service on top we seated ourselves down very appalling.
