DON'T BUY YOUR FOOD FROM THEM! Terrible food and service. We ordered for the first time through the Uber Eats app. The food arrived cold and DRENCHED in unidentifiable sauces. We hadn't asked for any sauces when we ordered. Because everything was covered in sauces and there were no lables on the boxes, we couldn't tell which doners where lamb and which were chicken. This is UNACCEPTABLE, some of us have dietary restrictions/allergies and need to know what we're eating. We called the restaurant and the man said he was sorry (though it didn't sound like it) and offered no solution to our problem. We then drove to the shop, brought them the untouched food and simply asked for a refund. The man was very rude; he straight up refused to refund us and had the nerve to say it was OUR FAULT this happened. That's £50 down the drain. Would not reccomend this place food was over 1 hour late. Called the restaurant and the person on the phone was extremely rude and didnt want to resolve the situation. In the end he passed me over to his manager who said yes your foods here in front of me, but I dont care complain to Just Eat.

When I asked if he would be making a new order given the food had been sat for an hour he said no he wouldn't and that he didnt care if I wouldn't be coming back.

It's a shame as the food is quite tasty and I have ordered from here quite a few times before. If you are happy to take the risk with this place go for it because if your food arrives it probably will be tasty, however be warned if it doesnt...

The food used to be average, but the size used to be ok. Now they have decreased the size of most of the dishes, increased the price and even the taste has decreased. I went there recently because of my childhood memories along with my friends and was totally disappointed. Avoid and let this chain die off, it does not deserve to be in our current time anymore. Their chilli sauce was great, but even that does not taste like before anymore. Very sad for the once reputed cheap and cheerful chain. Not going...
