KFC Bexley Heath - The Broadway — Restaurant in London

Today,13 Aug @18.30 1 staff at the front desk and two in the kitchen as i seen. The front staff is extremely unhelpful. At first refused to take order at the till, that's fine. After foods was ready he don't even bother to tell me and just left on the counter. Then when i asked him how to redeem the free items that i just won he said ' i don't know!" Full stop and turn away! Staffs in the kitchen had looked outside but also don't bother to come over and check if i need help. I have been this restaurant 6 to 7 times first time there were 2 ladies at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. First time I saw this guy at front desk. I am not sure he is just rude or really not been trained to do his daily job! Come on FKC, you doesn't want to employ this kind of staff to damage your business and reputation right? People who have better attitude deserve a job more than this guy. By the way there isn't a long queue or busy, only 1 customer in before me. No delivery waiting as well. There...

Walked into your store today, the store was empty. I went to the counter to order. Some food was left waiting there for 10 minutes. All three members of staff are chatting. In the end. I said excuse me is anyone serving your member of staff, Kaz came over and said how can I help I said I’d like to order some food he said you can use the machine, I said I want to make a few customisations so can I order here he then continued to take my order. Once my order was taken. My friend was with me also wanted to order he just turned his back and walked off. I had just finished my shift from work and decided to walk in and came at 8:55. Knowing they close at 9 I decided I would ask what was avaliable to pay for and take away without being too rude and keeping the employees behind for too long.After arriving the employees avoided all eye contact with me and small bickering can be heard in the back about who will tell me after I asked if they could still take orders. After getting silence for a while the manager came out and decided to also ignore my presence and inform the boy behind the till to shut the shutters, taking the hint I decided to walk out the store and just go home.
