KFC Brixton - Brixton Road — Restaurant in London

This has to be the worst KFC in England! The service was so poor I felt I had walked into my worst nightmare. 😞 I was greeted by what seemed to be a rendition of Micheal Jacksons thriller. A man was no septum and praising his own life in another language , drooling down his clothes like a big baby. I was then chased by a woman begging me for one pound and its the cost of living era in London. I made an order of chicken wrap and a chicken burger meal for myself and my partner and was handed ✋️ a chicken burger meal with gracy that looked like they jugged it from the roadside . I told her I ordered a wrap and she shouted out " you ordered that ma'am " I could not be bothered with these scam artist who thought it was okay to hand me food with no serviette or fork. I would of preferred Morleys in streatham anyday than this pirate scheme business. I worked for KFC in Finsbury Park and archway in the eighties and the standard of service has gone right down with its name. It should be called " East is East in Brixton" my worst nightmare. 😤 They need security at the door 🚪 their takings must be low as the staff are pocketing...

It was my first time in this KFC branch and the kiosk ordering system left me flummoxed. You are forced to place your order at the kiosk whether paying by cash or card. She did not hesitate when I asked for assistance with ordering at the kiosk.

She came out and did the order. Before continuing, she double checked that my requested piece of chicken was available. She printed the receipt, went back to the till and took my cash.

The 2* is because the requested piece was very dry possibly indiciating it had being on the rack for a while.

The 3* is because the floor area had uncleared tables, sauce packets, tissues and discarded paper bags. The toliets were clean with adequate toliet paper and soap.

NOTE: Telephoning her mgr (Asif) to give my compliments, I discovered that the number on the receipt is for the Ashford branch. Googling I found the Brixton branch telephone number to learn that Head Office puts the telephone numbers. If Head Office is reading this review, they can see the proof in my evidence pic and possibly amend to the correct...

The overall dining experience was satisfactory, but a notable incident occurred around 14:00 when my sister used the restroom.

Despite clear indications of restroom availability, she unknowingly entered after recent mopping.

The lady angrily emphasises that there was a clear sign that my sister should have seen (The sign was inside the toilet stall in the corner - how is anybody supposed to see that?), hence my sister apologised promptly several times.

Furthermore, the lady was not reciprocating in terms of being understanding that my sister was genuinely trying to apologise. As you can imagine, there was heated tension that had began to escalate due to the cleaning lady's lack of professionalism.

She exclaimed that she would 'slap' my sister, which is a bit out of the extreme considering that my sister was trying to be nice, and the 'cleaning lady' did not want to let it go.

This unprofessional behaviour marred an otherwise decent visit, the other KFC staff members were very understanding and would like to...
