This used to be my go-to Chinese takeaway, known for generous portions and reliable quality. Unfortunately, standards have declined significantly. Paying £8.50 for a small paper tub of noodles is insane, especially given the noticeable drop in portion size and quality. On top of that, the restaurant consistently fails to follow order instructions, which is both frustrating and disappointing. Used to be great big tubs of noodles. Regrettably, I won’t be ordering from here again. Look at the portion size and ask yourself if you will pay 8.50. No thanks. If you’re going to charge this much at least make an attempt to follow the instructions given.

Possibly the worst takeaway I've ever had. I rarely leave reviews, even if I have a bad meal I just don't go to that place again. However Yum Sing were so awful I feel I have an obligation to warn others. The food took FOREVER to arrive, 1.5hr approx. When I called I was lied to repeatedly that it was 'on the way', only for it still not to arrive for ages. When it did arrive surprise surprise it was cold. The food was drenched in so much grease I thought somebody had spilled water over it at first. Check pictures.... doesn't that look appealing.... wouldn't even mind if it was dirt cheap but their prices and portions are ridiculous.

We recently ordered at Yung Sing (Hayes) and had a very disappointing experience. Which both our meals being particularly problematic. If I could choose half a star I would. Had to wait 1hr 10 mins for our delivery and we only live 20-25mins away, once the food finally arrived the chicken Sui Mai was pink on the inside which is a serious health hazard and completely unacceptable additionally the ribs had hardly any meat on them and were basically cremated. I would personally not waste your time or money on this restaurant.

DO NOT ORDER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! PATHETIC. Ordered via Uber eats tonight. Appalled at the service I received. Firstly I ordered chips… wedges arrived so I called the restaurant to complain, the managers first reply was… what do you want me to do? Then proceeded to say no one else complains. I asked for a refund, he hung up the phone. Called again as I ordered duck, the cucumber and spring onion were STALE. He said why have i called back I’m just making it up. I asked for a refund he begun shouting telling me to end the phone numerous times, said I don’t want to help you nor do I care. APPALLING SERVICE IM DISGUSTED. I explained I’ve ordered before and it’s been fine hence why I’m complaining today and he said don’t. Just DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY...

I’ve been a regular here for years the last few orders have been very bad so will never order from here again. when I’ve called to make a complaint they are very rude and disrespectful even telling me that I should have ordered something else but I always have the crispy chilli beef the last 2 orders has been like warm and very very chewy not at all crispy as states on the menu just been warmed up in the microwave I asked on order notes for it to be made fresh so would be crispy but no soggy yet again seems to have gone downhill very disappointed and recommend ordering from somewhere else terrible food and terrible people they need to change there Moto as what’s on there is not at...
