I am writing to report a deeply troubling incident that occurred at your establishment.During my recent visit to KFC LEWISHAM, I experienced a distressing encounter with one of your staff members who exhibited highly inappropriate behavior, including the use of offensive language.
This short girl with hijab use of bad language and disrespectful conduct was completely uncalled for and unacceptable. Their actions not only shocked me but also created a highly uncomfortable and unprofessional environment for all customers present I don’t know her name she is wearing hijab short girl. I don’t know which quality you have seen to make Her employee Who don’t even know how to handle the customer.How she will manage the whole staff??

Read morePossibly the WORST KFC shop I've ever visited and KFC should be ashamed to have this as one of their chain shops(if it's a franchise then be super ashamed).. over the space of 2 days I have visited this store to give honest reviews as I felt the first time I visited yesterday would not have been a true reflection or so I thought . It truly is a 1 star shop ,from the complete disregard for customers (a waiting customer spoke the same language as the servers and he was disgusted at the way they was berating customers) to waiting 25 mins for a single fillet burger yesterday to waiting for almost 35 mins for 3 meals and they left the food out of the warmer for a long period of time to which I had to complain to which the server shrugged her shoulders and said "that's the company for you" so please KFC if this shop is flying a flag for you . Read moreThe food is OK but there are things I don't like about K.FC overall, it is not right that when you order chicken box meals, thay feel that it ok for them to tell you you can only have a mixed bucket of chicken, when you have asked for a example side brests and thigh, what ever peaces you want you should get, after all you are paying for it.

Also please explain why thay have taken Suger Coke of the menu, not everyone likes Pepsi,also the Skittles Crushum was nice, but yet that one also has been removed this is not good,
