KFC — Restaurant in London

This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a restaurant. I ordered a takeaway order at 8:22pm from KFC Whitton and the order processed fine. I then proceeded to wait an hour and 40 minutes for my food. I called Deliveroo multiple times and was assured that the ‘driver was on his way to the restaurant’. This process repeated twice. My partner then decided to drive to the restaurant herself. Here she found that the people working inside had seen the order pop up at 8:22, and had just decided not to make it. Not only had they decided not to make it, they also had not contacted myself or Deliveroo, and instead had left us to believe the food was being made. When my partner questioned why they had done this they were extremely rude, laughed at her, and effectively told her it wasn’t their fault (how could it possibly not be their fault they knew there would be this problem). This is absolutely disgusting. NEVER EVER...

I only go to this branch because Of where I live logistically. The best one was the one in Hampton. I cannot praise them enough. I would give them continually five out of 5 stars on everything second place would be Ashford excellent unfortunately the Whitton branch isn’t far behind the branch in Sunbury Cross which is horrendous but the one in Whitton every time I go there and I visit there at least once a week the chips portions are so small The chicken is very small. The staff apart from the gentlemen are friendly the ladies are quite rude and unhelpful once a lady left my food knowing it was mine for over 20 minutes before she asked me whether that was my food when when she knew it was even though it was in the heater I had to wait unnecessarily so unfortunately once again my review for the Whitton branch is minus one on standards food customer service portions not happy very...

Awful Service - Stay Away! One new woman working there was incredibly rude. I called 15 times about missing food, and she wouldn't answer. When she finally did, she argued and said nothing was missing, even though it was. Then, she hung up on me! When I went to the store, I saw her eating fries straight from the fryer while packing orders. It was disgusting. She also lied about hanging up on me.
