I’m not sure why staffs are not cleaned and wearing dirty Cloths for saving customers. My visit time between 6.15pm

I was watching two staff members arguing with a polite customer who showed his NHS photo ID card. KFC staffs marketing blue light card when they is no necessary to prove or hold on with blue light card. The discount offer for NHS staffs. Not for blue light cards where some people Pay and get blue light card. Blue light cards only for people who have not NHS photo cards to prove they are NHS staffs. Blue light card not for free. It’s a another business NHS photo ID person doesn’t need to prove with blue light cards. Wood Green staffs are very rude way of speak to customers. Language is not clean as their dress. They don’t have Name ID to mention who was using utterly nuttily speak to customers like going to poisons in the food

Totally unexpectedly stupid logic who entitled for NHS discount. Is it company policy to promote or marketing blue light cards to NHS staffs who holding nhs photo ID ? It’s a joke and I should report the matter to trading standards and food safety department. Staffs need more training about what is clean and how to hand food...

AVOID !! This place was absolutely outrageous. Doesn't even deserve the one star this terrible system made me give it. Only two staff working is not enough to make and serve all the food requested, so, of course, the food I received was old, and undercooked. That night and the next day I was ill and couldn't move without almost being sick. The staff were rude and abrasive and didn't even know what food they were serving. When I asked for BBQ sauce, they attempted to charge me 10 pence! And when I'd got the money out, they told me there wasn't any left, even though there was BBQ sauce in the burger I had ordered. Furthermore, the hygiene is absolutely disgraceful! There were two young children, a family, in the kitchen, touching surfaces and food with their fingers. So, in essence, if you ever need to stop off somewhere for food on your travels around London. Go to the McDonald's, or the good KFC...

I was in the store a short woman with a grey cheater dress walked up to the till with her earphones dancing very weirdly and I belive she was attracted to the wall because she was kissing it then as she came closer a foul smell came and it was so bad I gave her my order I asked for a fillet boxmeal and she replied saying did you want the hashbrown tower box meal then I tell her no she prints the receipt and I was gonna grab it but her fingers where really fat and she was holding onto the whole thing so I had to touch her repulsive hands my hands stunk so bad I had to use hand sanitizer I couldn't see her face because of the KFC hat but she wore a tiger dress which was grey and primark slip on shoes I took my food and ran away I nearly passed out from the smell I got home opened it to see a hashbrown burger with 4 slices of cheese and my drink had 10 dents on it I want that person...
