Star star star star star! This new Kiss the Hippo coffee shop has stolen my heart! 🥹 In my opinion their flat white is hands down the best in London, and I eagerly anticipate my daily walk just to savor its perfect blend. 😍

While this new location holds a special place in my heart, I can't help but express my adoration for all their shops! Each one possesses its own unique charm & character, but they all share a common thread—the exceptional quality of their coffee and the warm, friendly atmosphere that embraces every visit.

If you share my love for coffee, I highly recommend exploring any of their locations. But if I may suggest, don't miss out on this cute little corner shop—my personal favorite! It's a delightful place to indulge in the finest coffee....

My phone was stolen while at this coffee shop. I told the lady behind the counter, I asked if we could check the CCTV or if they could support with tracking this person down, she told me to leave my email and the manager would be in touch. It was blunt and unsympathetic.

I have not heard back with any correspondence at all - no follow-up to help, no apology, no communication at all - which is disappointing considering they claim to care about their people and customers.

If you want good but overpriced coffee, you could do worse than Kiss the Hippo, if you care about which companies you spend your hard-earned money...

Like many other reviewers we just had a bad experience with the staff here. We arrived at 4:50 and we're told they closed at 5, fair enough. We asked if we could sit for those 10 minutes and the barista sarcastically replied "I guess". We foolishly stayed to be served a cold chai latte which upon request to be heated was replaced with hot milk without noticeable chai flavour.
