Absolutely amazing experience at the Gibson Garage London. The store is stunning, beautifully designed, inspiring, and truly a dream for anyone who loves music. The selection of guitars is incredible, all top-tier, with flawless craftsmanship and attention to detail. It’s the kind of place where just being surrounded by so many iconic instruments gives you goosebumps.

But what truly made my visit unforgettable was the team. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely welcomed and looked after. I want to especially highlight Telmo and Júlio César, who were both absolutely outstanding.

Telmo was everything you could hope for in a specialist. Incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and clearly passionate about music and guitars. He took his time to answer every question, offered great insights, and treated me not like a customer but like a fellow music lover. He made the experience smooth, personal, and meaningful from start to finish.

And Júlio César, what a legend. One of the friendliest and most down-to-earth people I’ve met in a long time. He brings such a positive, warm energy to the place. He was not only welcoming and attentive but truly made me feel at home. You can tell he loves interacting with people, and it shows in how naturally kind and respectful he is with everyone. He even took time to chat and make sure I was enjoying every part of the visit, which meant a lot.

Both Telmo and Júlio went above and beyond in a way that felt sincere and effortless. They’re a huge part of what makes the Gibson Garage so special. I didn’t just leave with an amazing guitar, I left with a smile, a great story, and a genuine memory to keep.

If you’re in London, do yourself a favor and visit this place. Whether you’re buying or just exploring, it’s an experience you...

I had high expectations when visiting the Gibson Garage in London, but unfortunately, my buying experience left a lot to be desired. The store itself is beautifully laid out, and the selection is impressive—but that’s where the positives end.

As a lifelong Gibson fan visiting from Brazil, I was incredibly excited to finally buy a guitar at the Gibson Garage in London. Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be frustrating and deeply disappointing.

This purchase wasn’t on impulse—I visited the store twice before deciding, tested the guitar thoroughly, and did all the necessary research. Given the limited time I had while traveling around the UK, I planned everything carefully. On April 22nd, I placed my order and paid the deposit, expecting the guitar to be ready for pickup on the 30th as discussed.

I trusted that putting down a deposit would secure the instrument and allow me to enjoy the rest of my trip without stress. Instead, the process caused unnecessary worry and disrupted my travel plans.

For an iconic brand like Gibson, I expected a smoother and more reliable customer experience—especially after traveling from another continent to make the purchase in person. Sadly, what should have been a highlight of my trip ended up leaving a sour impression of disregard from their team.

I hope the team at Gibson Garage takes international customers—and their time—more seriously...

Londoner based in Greece atm and was desperately after an Adam Jones Epiphone LP that Adam actually signed in an event in London a while ago. Not able to attend or find any of my lads available to collect at the time, spoke with the guys on store and this Legend of a man employee Michael Donnelly help me more than i could ever ask to get one. He was there at every stage, assisting like a friend(!) yes you've heard that right, friend!! and despite some payment issues that held for days, as of me being in Greece and payments couldn't go through etc, he patiently, always in good spirit drove me through every step via mails-whatsapp calls and texts, providing all necessary help until everything was finally shorted. Pleasant at all times, even when he was of work, we ve managed to make payments and he actually manage to hold my guitar stored for more than a week or so until a friend of mine could finally collect. Can thank Michael enough for all of these. I will deffo come back to the garage and the reason is HIM predominantly and my love for Gibson. Sorry for the long text but behaviours like this need to be heard. Thanks again Michael and Gibson! See you when i am back in...

I had the pleasure of visiting the newly opened Gibson Garage in London, and it exceeded all my expectations. The guitar collection here is absolutely superb, whether you're a seasoned musician or just a guitar enthusiast, this place is a dream come true. From classic Les Pauls to cutting-edge models, the range is both extensive and impressive. You can really feel the legacy of Gibson in every corner of the store. The staff were knowledgeable and passionate about guitars, which made the experience even more enjoyable. They were more than happy to let me try out different models, and their insights were invaluable in guiding customers to choose the right guitars. They even helped to take my photos too. The layout of the store is sleek and modern, making it easy to browse and explore. Whether you're looking to buy a new instrument or just want to soak in the history and craftsmanship of Gibson guitars, the Gibson Garage is a must-visit for any guitar lover. I'm already looking forward to my next visit! This review highlights the exceptional guitar collection while also mentioning the overall atmosphere and helpful staff, making it a well-rounded endorsement of the Gibson Garage.

Gibson Garage was epic!!!! The place full of every Gibson, Epiphone, and Kramer guitar you could want to play, the staff was stellar. You want to play a guitar? Just ask, and they gladly hook you up, and then they will ask if you would like to try another. Upstairs will really have your head spinning, and then you discover there is a downstairs with even more guitars and a full live venue stage!!!!! Live events ate hear during rhe day with local talent and then they have special events at night with national events. There is guitar swag, excessories galore! Do you need pucks? Straps? Strings? Stickers and Gibson merch? This place has it. It was such a great vibe here, and as I said the staff is super knowledgeable. One impressive thing I must point out is each guitar I played felt great, was in tune and set up perfectly! There is a wide range of amps to play through as well. The Kramer retro 80s room is also cool as hell with its neon through back to hair bands and glam. Do yourself a favor. Also, you can build your dream guitar here with any spwc you want!!!!!! If you are a guitar lover and player, check this place out!!!!
