Kix Bar + Kitchen — Restaurant in London

We decided to pop in based on reviews and were not disappointed. Greeted by friendly staff we got a table and ordered 5 dishes to share. Everything was delicious and presentable for the price it’s offered, although coleslaw salad could be slightly less expensive for what it is. We didn’t have cocktails, but looking at those who have ordered some - they looked great and deemed worthy spending £12 in Dulwich! May come back, next time when we are in the area, to try other dishes, as sadly some of sea food items were not available on the day (Sunday).

Recommend this place for good food, cosy and relaxing ambience in a clean modern Asian fusion restaurant. 👍🏼 👍🏼

prices on menu are incorrect: check the bill for nachos and salad. cutlery provided: knife was covered by some cloth material in between razors.

Attention to detail.. There is room for improvement and I’m happy to amend it when we see results!👌🏼

We love Kix for a mid week or Saturday night cocktail and meal and until last weekend had never tried the Sunday roast. We remedied this last weekend and had a fantastic Sunday lunch with our two daughters. We couldn’t resist the starters and so shared the tuna tartare (utterly amazing and the tempura leaf it was plated on was culinary genius!) and the fancy nachos - both were delicious. Roasts of miso glazed chicken and beef sirloin followed with the most incredible creamy leeks, duck fat roasted and Yorkshires (regardless of what you ordered) and proper gravy in abundance. Utterly delicious and served up with spicy margaritas and plenty of wine! The team at Kix are some of the friendlist I’ve encountered and the ambience is gorgeous. Totally worthy of a visit or five...

Overall a mediocre experience. Most of the food was good, however I’d advise against ordering the lamb skewer. We ordered two as advised by our waitress, but one would have been enough for two. When they came one was medium rare and one was barely cooked, blue, bordering raw. We sent it back with our waitress who was very quick and responsive to our request to have the skewer cooked longer, but when it came back it was still overwhelmingly rare. I understand the standard of lamb is to be cooked somewhat pink, however this was barely cooked at all. We mentioned this to the waitress at the end of our meal however it wasn’t taken off the bill.
