Koz Kebab Turkish Restaurant — Restaurant in London

We were really disappointed with our experience here. After seeing their 50% off platter offer advertised on social media, we travelled nearly an hour with family, excited to try the food. However, when we arrived, we were told there was no food available at all — not even a limited menu, just nothing. No updates or announcements were posted online to inform customers, which would’ve saved us the long journey and frustration.

It’s extremely poor communication and bad customer service to promote an offer but not manage expectations when stock runs out. At the very least, a quick social media update could have prevented families like ours from wasting time and ending up hungry, scrambling for alternatives nearby. Really disappointing and...

Went to the restaurant today for the 50% off order and they handled it very well, the owner was very friendly and accommodating. The queues were long because of the offer and the orders took long due to them making fresh food which is a good sign of great food. Although, I didn't get to order the food since it ran out very quickly the owner gave us a coupon to come another day for 50% off which does not expire so I can come anytime. That was very nice of the owner and it made it worth it as I can get it another time when it's not busy. My friend did manage to receive the food and said it was amazing. Definitely appreciate the workers for being so accommodating even with the amount of people that came must have been stressful....

I had high hopes for Koz Turkish Restaurant on Green Street, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I specifically requested my doner to be extra well-done, and it arrived undercooked — clearly not what I asked for. Even after pointing it out, there didn’t seem to be much concern from the staff. More concerning, I ordered plain rice for my children due to a food allergy, and it was served with dill mixed in. This could have been dangerous and shows a clear lack of attention to dietary requests, which is unacceptable in any restaurant. Overall, the service felt rushed and inattentive. With so many Turkish restaurants around that get it right, I won’t be returning...
