Thinking about it now I want some again. I wish they had the bubblegum flavour 😭 so I could have had the triple scoop. Mum enjoyed her vanilla scoooop 😋 I’ve recently come across a few food places that are completely disrespectful, horrible customer service, they know it & don’t care- so I think when we do have great customer service we should celebrate it. @waffleparadisecafe have excellent customer service never had any complaints. Really liked the apple flavoured bubble tea, pomegranate flavoured tasted like watered down vimto Update: ordered 6 bubble teas for delivery, they sent 4. Two of the same flavoured drinks had completely different colour and taste. Completely watered down, and hardly any boba, won’t be ordering again!

The staff are great and the food even more so! Surrounded by a bit of competition, they are faring quite well. Sometimes service can be really quick!

I went here for some wings and desert but when I got wings my family realised they were cold. So, we told the server about it and she said she would give us another batch but hotter. Then a another server came and gave it to us and gave my mum a rude look. Poor service and customer treatment. Dissapointing as it used to be so good. I would recommend Urban...
