After a somewhat uncomfortable 10-minute wait, we decided to take matters into our own hands and approached the counter to request a table for two. Unfortunately, the lady behind the counter seemed disinterested, not bothering to make eye contact or respond to our inquiry before walking away. This lack of basic customer interaction was surprising, especially considering it was a Monday during off-peak hours. The overall impression left a lot to be desired.
