I must say I haven’t really been to chanel boutiques but regular go to harrods and do get good service there if the advisors are bothered! So on Friday 16/4/21 visited the boutique with my sister manager was very sweet he gave us a private suite offered us refreshments which was very kind of him! The advisor we was served by wasn’t very welcoming at all it almost seemed she wanted go get rid of us! First of all never judge a book by its cover. So we asked about distant sales as we were going away for business and wanted to know how it would work. She mentioned you had to bank transfer for distant sales unless you had purchased x amount in the year for payment links. She confirmed I could do distance sales with a payment link because I had shopped many times over the year. Yesterday I called the Botique spoke to someone called sharwan who wasn’t very helpful or friendly at all communication wasn’t passed on correctly even after reintegrating many times it was a distant sales and I had a profile and had shopped many times previously still kept going on about the bank transfer even after he had checked my profile. Transferred me to the shoe department with the wrong information I wasted around 4 hours of my day trying to sort out a pair of sneakers which I still didn’t end up buying because angela didn’t even know what she was doing told me to not giver her attitude when I was very frustrated and repeatedly kept mentioning I have a profile and have purchased 4x or more over the past year. Not a very helpful service of client advisors are very poor with communication! I am sure if it is worth it of your time getting their “premium products”, certainly wasn’t worth pf my time. It is the second time that I had issues with them. The most recently was a pair of sunglasses that my partner got for me as a gift. I’ve scratched the lens badly which was my own fault, so I brought the sunglasses back to the shop and asked of they could change the lens of at least polish to see if some of the scratches would come off. I was told to leave my sunglasses as they would have to send to Italy to change the lens, 2 weeks later I’ve received an email from them saying that they wouldn’t be able to change the lens as my sunglasses were from a old collection (2 years old) and that the product was ready to be collected from Bond Street store. My partner collected the sunglasses for me and when we got home that I opened the case I noticed that they didn’t look at it at all, my lens has a stained which I didn’t clean when I sent over, and the stain was there at the same spot, also the frame as significant stretch out. I’ve sent an email straight way to the company expressing my disappointment, all I hear back was do you have a receipt to proof that the product were purchased from us, I felt that their email was extremely offensive as they could see that my product was purchased from the store, because of the unique code on the side of the product.
