Decided to place an order for store collection for my trip to London. Wanted to see the Cherry display and thought it was a nice way of guaranting I would come away with a little something.. also open to a little browse and impulse purchase obviously! When I arrived I told the SA I was there to collect an order and she went off to get it. We waited around 10 minutes and she came back with my order in a plain white bag and asked if id wanted to look at it. She left me unpack it and look at it rather than show me and compliment my choice. She had me sign for the order and at this point I ask if I could possibly have a branded carrier bag as to be honest for me its part of the experience, shallow or not, I believe the packing is part of the purchase. When she returned with the bag she handed it to me yawning. Honestly I was so disappointed. I felt awkward having to ask for something that normally comes as standard. I asked if the fragrance was on the ground floor as she just said yes didn't offer to show me or help. I also enquired about the availability of some pieces and was waved in the direction of 'everything we have left' which wasn't accurate as I spotted other items browsing the store. One of the other SAs was kind enough to offer us some water as it was a very hot day. That was much appreciated. Had a quick look around but was deflated and decided I'd pop into Harrods which I found more pleasant. I have the name of the SA on my receipt but decided to leave it off the review incase the system was logged in under someone else. I've worked in retail my whole career so I try to be as understanding as possible but this service was very disappointing..

I was deeply disappointed with my recent experience at Louis Vuitton. This was already the second time the strap of my bag had fallen off not only that but the gold piece of design has fallen off blaming us as a “ wear & tear “ and instead of providing a prompt and professional resolution, the staff made the process frustrating and unpleasant. Shockingly, the security guard kept inappropriately touching my mum under the pretense of assisting her, which made us both extremely uncomfortable. When we raised the issue about the bag, nothing was resolved — it took five different staff members to finally give us the exact same unhelpful answer, wasting our time and showing a complete lack of care or accountability. This is not the level of service or respect one should expect from a brand of such supposed prestige. The staff was also telling us too calm down , but how could we “ calm down “ if we spent more than £6k on a bag and purse for it to be damaged and keep asking us to pay for a repair ? The repair the first time also took 8-9 months which some colleagues agreed was abnormal for a repair. In conclusion , I am utterly disappointed with the service provided from Louis vuitton at New Bond Street.

If I had the option to give this store a 0/5 I would have selected that. This store is not even worth a rating. I have been shopping at LV for years but I would never revisit this store again. The manager Olga has no remorse, no professionalism, she’s a compulsive liar. I visited today to visit the store to simply collect an order one of their colleagues had processed for me in store. The order was processed in store under my account details. Bearing in mind the colleague got my sizing wrong and ordered the wrong size for me; that was the first red flag. The colleague couldn’t rectify the error and had just assumed my size by looking at me. I had let him off on that instance just out of good character. Today, I visited the store and Olga the manager had refused to hand me over my order that I was there to collect because her colleague had made another error and had associated my order to a complete different customer’s account. So, obviously my I.D was never going to match the other person’s name?? Olga had no remorse for her consumer who simply made a purchase, wanted to collect and wanted to be gone. A simple transaction that became 3 hours long. Olga had no remorse for my 4 month old baby who was with me this whole time. Olga is conniving and wanted to prove her status to me being a LV manager. Its no use doing that when you cannot simply perform correct and simple tasks. Olga was so unprofessional to the point where she was messaging her colleague about me who was stood next to her instead of actually conversing with me and telling me what the issue is. Olga had no remorse for me as a paying customer. I went back and forth with her for 3 hour for her to speak back at me like a robot saying the same thing over and over again. After persisting and laying out my consumer rights, finally she decided to hand me over shorts that I had paid for and had come to collect. It was that simple. A mistake made by them, an error made by the unprofessional team costing me my money and my purchase? Olga was very adamant that she wouldnt hand me over my order nor would she refund me. This is completely unlawful and day light robbery. It was disgusting to witness such an exquisite and timeless brand who had people with no empathy working for them. In the end she handed me over my purchase 3 hours later. She stressed she was breaching GDPR but it was her colleague Gibran who had failed to process the order correctly...

Horrible customer service. They judge you by how you look, or maybe by your complexion. I walked in with my husband last Saturday. About 4-5 people were standing right in front but none of them greeted us and simply ignored us. I wasn't there to be greeted, but still wasn't a great feeling to be ignored, and none of them even made eye contact. We looked around the store and decided I want to see a few handbags. I looked around for someone for assistance, looking like someone who obviously needs help for a good couple of minutes but they all just passed by me. It's fine, they are not mind readers. I get it. Finally, I managed to approach one sales women and asked for help, as she was speaking to me, she STARED ME UP AND DOWN. She directed me to another sales women(of 4-5people who were standing by the door when we walked in). The new saleswoman.. as she was telling me that I need to enter my info for the queue, she STARED ME UP AND DOWN AGAIN. If you know what I am talking about, you know what I am talking about. What is this? You can't shop here unless you look like billionaires with fancy clothes/bags and jewelry? I've been to many designer stores around the world, and this store is probably the worst one I've ever been to. Just in case someone thinks the way I dressed might've been inappropriate, I was wearing a skirt, stockings, a high-neck shirt, and a cardigan. Alexander McQueen bag, Cartier necklace, and two Tiffany rings. Maybe my $10 Zara scarf and a pair of Converse I was wearing weren't good enough for them? Or maybe because my cardigan wasn't Chanel and my stockings weren't Gucci? For any reason, you simply can't stare another human being(better yet your customers) up and down. It doesn't matter if I looked like a homeless or a queen.

I left the store feeling unpleasant and didn't go back to shop there. Instead, we went to Van Cleef & Arpels a couple of stores down and shopped there. Everyone in that store was absolutely lovely and treated us with respect. The last day of my holidays was saved. We left the store feeling happy.

I'd advise Louis Vuitton to add an instruction on how to dress appropriately to not to be treated disrespectfully at this store. Look at the low reviews and see how many people left your store feeling horrible because of your...

I bought a shoe from LV on 12th October 2024 so when I reached home I saw that one of the shoe has wearing marks on it so on the same day I called and Message LV that the shoes has marks on it so they told me that I have to go back to the store and they will arange me a fresh pair of the shoes and I cross asked that in how much time will they be able to because I will leave london on 22 October 2024 so they told me that it will be available in 2-3 days. So on 12th October 2024 I went to the store again which is about an hour away from my accommodation where I purchased the product (Louis Vuitton London New Bond Street) at first I waited about 25 minutes and when the person came she told me that the ‘shoes will get wrinkle’ so she meant that I should wear these shoes because the new one will also get wrinkle “REALLY” "why would I purchase old shoes and buy it for £835 then I told her I need new shoes so she told me that if she order new shoes for me still she doesn’t know that fresh pair will arrive or the shoes will still have marks, I mean really? Then she told me to take back the shoes and go to other LV store which is in Sloane and exchange the shoes over there because if she order shoes over there she have to refund for these shoes and order again and If she refund me the payment it will come back in about 8-10 working days and if she gives me a store credit and the shoes she ordered still have marks then I can’t get refund for the store credit and I can’t use the credit any where else other than london. Now I am in a situation Tomorrow I am going to LV Sloane store, I am really frustrated and irritated with the customer service on call they told me to go to the store and now in store they told me to wait about 25 minutes and then told me to go to the other store which is again about 1hour 15minutes approx from my accommodation. I don’t have much time but because I am a foolish customer I have to bear all this. Buying LV from past many years this is the customer response I get. And now I will make sure that this would be the last time buying Louis Vuitton . Thank you Louis Vuitton for your great customer service and your staff attitude towards the...
