We took a stroll through Berkeley Square and it was a lovely pause from the busy streets of Mayfair. Surrounded by elegant townhouses and historic charm, the square has a calm, almost timeless atmosphere. The mature plane trees — some of the oldest in London — cast beautiful shade and give the space a real sense of grandeur.
The gardens are well-kept, with benches dotted around where you can sit and take it all in. It’s a great spot for a peaceful moment, whether you’re enjoying a takeaway coffee or just resting your feet. There’s something special about being in the heart of the city yet feeling slightly removed from it all.

Read moreThis place is well kept and some days of the week it is pleasant to sit and relax in, but, recently it’s been swamped with delivery drivers who use it as a toilet, play football on the paths ( who does that seriously 😒 ) and in general create a some what intimidating presence, especially in the evening. I know you can’t really control the cars going around revving and being a nuisance but the obvious increased presence of about 30-40 delivery scooters and their riders on a regular basis makes huge disturbance.
Hopefully the council will get on this matter and the stars will go up to 5.
