Lampton Parkside Cafe — Restaurant in London

I have been traveling for over a month in five different countries. I am doing business and personal and I live in Hawaii. I am staying with an Airbnb Host nearby who recommended this café. I told the young ladies that I was very hungry and needed protein, and they recommended the high protein breakfast with a side of bacon. It was the best omelette I have ever had!!!! As soon as I told them that I had an allergy to onions, she said no problem. I will make the omelette without onions. Everything on my plate was PERFECT. It was my mistake when I ordered a cappuccino because I didn’t realize I could get an iced coffee and she changed it for me to an iced latte and it was delicious. The lotus cheesecake is the best thing I’ve ever tasted. But the best part about this place for me is PRIYA…. She smiles and takes such good care of the customers and me making sure that I am Everything I need to be happy. She pays a lot of attention to details. The other young lady even put a fan in the second room where I was sitting so that I could feel a breeze to make me feel more comfortable. I have been 11 cities, and this has been the BEST service I have received!!!! I noticed that when another couple left they immediately clean the table, and these kind of details are important to me. I review every restaurant that I go to, and if I could give more then 5 stars I would!!! Best breakfast out of Portugal, Germany, Italy and France was here at this beautiful LAMPTON PARKSIDE CAFE. There were two staff members working today. One of the girls started off good with small talk. When we went to order we clearly stated we wanted a Frappuccino because it was a hot day. We waited for our order and the same sever brought us a hot mocha. We told her politely that we didn’t order that and she was adamant that we did. She came back with a copy with our receipt and showed us they input our order as a Hot Mocha. We told her that she probably didn’t hear us properly when taking the order and that we would pay for the correct drink and she was like it’s ok I will bring you another one. She took the hot drink back. She got upset and she had a bit of an attitude after that, you could see it on her face. She was fixed on proving that we were wrong and took it personally. After we were done we went back to the counter and asked to pay for the difference of the drink as the one we ordered was a bit more pricier than the hot drink she thought we ordered. She charged us for the full charge of the frappe. So we ended up paying for 2 drinks. The hot drink even through we didn’t order it, we didn’t drink it/she took it back, and we were clear with her that we didn’t order it. It was her error. Didn't like how I was treated. They have lack of staff...2 women working. 1 is in the kitchen and the other one always on phone. She serves you ok the table with one hand as other hand is busy holding the phone as she is continuously talking on phone..we went in the cafe yesterday at 13:00 and the whole cafe was empty as it was our first time we sat on the table and expected the girl to come to us and give us the menu and and take the order. 25mins psssed...no one came. Then we started reading reviews on Google and one of the women mentioned that we have to order at the counter. So we went to the women who was in the kitchen and there was no one to attend us on the counter we asked her to take the order. We have the order..order was ready . Food was decent. The women goes back to the kitchen. Then comes the other girl who entered talking on a mobile. Now we were not given tissues and sauce. And we didn't have anyone to ask ..as the other woman was in kitchen and the other one is on phone. But we somehow asked the women on the phone that can we get some tissues and some sauce.
