RUDE Customer service!!!!!

Received very abusive customer service from the indian lady at the till just now. My colleague went to buy food for us during lunch and when she returned we noted that we have been overcharged we genuinely thought it was just a human error and went to the person who charged us. The lady at the till got involved and instantly became defensive saying you should have known what you got before you paid. My colleague tried to explain to her and then she was like talk to the person who served you.!!!

When we tried to speak to the person who served, she kept jumping into the conversation. She said you should have known that the menu has been updated and currently we are working on updating the website and leaflets. I then join the conversation and asked her if they don’t advertised how would customers know the current price. She started screaming and asked me to stay away from the conversation saying im, not a customer. 🤔(confused…lol …)

It was disgusting! At that point, we didn’t even care about the money but were amazed at the disgusting services received. Even her colleagues seem like they had enough of her abusive behaviour. Only go there if you want to get cheap service.

Plus The quality of the food is not worth getting poor...

Amazing Americano - All in One restaurant and the best fast food restaurant in Hounslow. I have been here few times and tried most of their food in the menu. Fried chicken, Pizza, Burger, Chinese, Indian chat and Indian food. My favourite is their Chicken Briyani and Chicken lollipop.

For £3.50 the Chicken Biryani with boiled egg is the best with good flavour in the area at low cost. I have tried few other take away Biryani in Hounslow but they are no where near to Americano. The staff mentioned Biryani is freshly prepared every day which makes the difference.

Staff is very respectful, always greet with smile. The food is prepared quickly with good taste. The restaurant is clean and got a well maintained eating area to eat in. I noticed they are doing home delivery as well. If you are near Hounslow high street, Hounslow Central tube station try it out. The menu items are well displayed on the LCD screens and the prices...

So I went there after the pub, there was so much chicken option, but unfortunately not all was available to my surprise. Lollipop chicken was fully stacked and the boss lady said that's all that is available, so I decided to order this for takeaway. The boss said she needs to fry it, I said OK.... I did not here any sizzling from the oil... I also ordered some chips and dhaal.. When I got home, I have never in my whole life ever tasted chicken like this. It was the worst experience ever. Seems to me the chicken was WELL OVER COOKED. No succulent taste... Most probably fried all day... The price I paid was £17.00 for this rubbish. I'm a chicken lover but this has put me off completely. How can this be sold to humans... I don't understand why it was boiled in luke warm oil. What you see behind the glass is one thing, but what you get is...
