Horrible experience. I was holding an old Starbucks cup with an intention to ask them to throw it once I got to the front of the line. The owner yelled over 5 people at me twice to tell me that I can't bring Starbucks into his establishment and I needed to bin it. I told him I had every intention of throwing it and buying a new coffee however he had already embarrassed me in front of my bosses at an important meeting. Love it, I go every time I'm nearby. Food is delicious, coffee is perfect and the owners are very kind. You can find some Brazilian bites, just ask about it and they'll show to you. I really recommend the pear tart, my favorite!

Disability friendly? Yes, chairs and table can be moved to accommodate a wheelchair, and there's no steps. Noise sensitivity: there's music playing but they are happy to change or turn off if necessary. Toilet: yes.
