LEON Richmond — Restaurant in London

Well I was with my husband, son and daughter today and I was debating whether to eat at Pret, Itsu or LEON with the kids. Initially, the my daughter wanted McDonald’s and my son wanted some chicken and for some reason my husband and I was feeling some sushi at Itsu but last time, I got served by a rude staff member; so we were left debating - but my daughter had no chance eating McDonalds, haha.

Then one of the staff members (wearing a white LEON top) left the restaurant and she instantly went to the homeless man by the side of the road to give him water and food and had a little conversation. So I was intrigued and was given the interpretation that LEON had friendly staff. A few minutes later nearby l, an elderly lady accidentally dropped her bag of groceries so I went over to help and so did the LEON worker. We then spoke for a bit and I found out her name was Ella. She was incredibly nice and you could tell she was genuine and had a bright personality.

I then spoke to her about the food at LEON and she kindly explained the food that was offered and I was convinced how LEON is a much better and healthier fast food option than McDonald’s or KFC. She kindly explained that the supplier for the honey used helps bees and in general, the heart of the LEON company is good. She even told me that LEON turns into NOEL during Christmas but it was initially named after the father of the founder, haha!!

So she successfully convinced me that LEON was the best option to have lunch with the kids. We then ordered two kids GFC boxes, fries and a Moroccan Meatball Hotbox. Everything was so tasty and Ella did do her workplace justice in representing the company well outside the restaurant. The staff in store were also very friendly and the food was served quick but definitely still in good quality!

I will definitely be coming back for more food and I am already excited to taste the breakfast options that was mentioned and is presented on the online Menu! Great experience, my family and I...

Went in here for the first time today to grab a Cappuccino......big mistake!! I was actually looking forward to sitting in the sun outside with my coffee and cookie and was served quickly, which was a bonus! I suddenly became unhappy when I went to grab some sugar. As I looked down to grab said sugar sachet, I was mortified to see the local ants having a party in the sugar pot! I hadn't even looked at my coffee cup at this point and headed outside to enjoy my drink (minus the sugar) and cookie. When I paid closer attention to my drink, I realised that my coffee actually resembled something from an Ibiza foam party!! At least 3 quarters of the cup was milk froth. I actually had to stick my finger down there to see how far down the coffee was hiding! When I drank the actual coffee, it was lukewarm and went down in 10 seconds flat! Im not actually sure if it went cold as a result of the time taken to scoop through the froth!! So.....if you want ants in your sugar (or pants) and you don't mind volcanic, frothy, cold Cappuccinos then go to Leon. I'm giving this 2 stars 1) because the service was quick and 2) because the seat outside...

This is the worst Leon I've ever visited and I always speak highly about this chain. I went in this evening and ordered 5 love burgers a couple of things left off some of the burgers as my family is fussy about what they eat. I asked the manager on duty repeatedly to get the order right he assured me he would go and make sure it was done. It was quite late I was one of the very few left in the restaurant I could hear them giggling round the back which is fine doesn't bother me, I had a bad feeling something would go wrong I got home and one of the burgers had no patty!! just empty with a squirt of sauce and some lettuce An utter disgrace. He stood over the employee for 10 minutes while she put the order together there's no way a manager on duty could be that incompetent so I have a feeling he did it on purpose. I don't know why maybe he enjoys ruining people's evenings, I knew there would be trouble as soon as I ordered with him and so repeatedly asked him to get the order right he had a terrible attitude and I obviously won't be going back there again Would have been Better off going...
