Shopped here for some time now. One occasion I walked out because the customer service was appaling. Aside from 1 or 2 staff members that appear to have moved on now, they haven't really been very warm but neither were they rude nor dismissive so despite this sour occasion, I decided to give them a second chance and so far it appears that was a one off. However it only takes one occasion to lose out and I have not forgotten it. Of course my decision to return leans heavily on the fact that I can't seem to get the item anywhere else and so even though they have escalated the price of this item (salted cod fish) astronomically, they will continue to get my custom until I find a suitable...

A good grocery store where we found different products. I only have two less good experiences, be careful with the change and the price at which the products are displayed, i.e. they set a price that when it arrives in the box it is always more expensive. I always rectify the bead. (it's not honest).
