Little Crown irish — Restaurant in London

It's been a bit (spring 2020/pre-Covid) since the last visit to my home away from home in London/Deptford and absolute fav pub in the whole world of my extreme travels (no bullocks)... the Little Crown! I'm from Las Vegas (now ya know who I am) and this is my fav place to "wet my whistle" on the entire planet... period! All because of the the locals of Deptford who've known and remembered me, the traditional Deptford love and warmth they've continually shown and welcomed me back with, and of course the staff that took me in and embraced this vagabond soul from the moment I stumbled in on my first trip to London! In light of all that has happened these past two years, please let everyone there know that I still think of you often and hope the very best for all of you and yours in these troubled times, my heart will always be with each and every one of you (Louise, yeah I'm still sweet on ya lass lol), oh, and please pet the snobby kitty for me! Keep the faith y'all, Kid Vegas will be rollin back into town on the DLR...

I've lived in deptford most of my life ,used to pop in for an odd pint or two hadn't been in since pre covid, passing by I see Ritchie a bloke I've known for years outside he said pop in well I'd just got off bus so I was gasping walked in and wow!! thought where's the little crown gone just amazing, the refurbishment is brilliant I think Geraldine has done amazing to have a lovely gem in deptford, I used to travel about to try and find a friendly local but no good, now I've found one. Great john smiths and fosters,great prices lovely friendly staff and customers very friendly...

We a party of 4 arrived in Greenwich too early to check into our hotel, we decided to go in to The Little Crown to kill some time, best decision ever, we had the best time, the owner was so lovely she even made us a beautiful cheese platter at no cost and all the locals were so friendly, we ended up staying hours, the dark cider on tap was delicious, (can’t get that here in Australia), this little pub made our first day in London a fantastic one.
