Never going back to lucky bubble at Harrow on the hill again, patiently waited till the staff finally finished her cleaning, when I saw her she was done I asked her if I can get a lemon iced tea and she was like can you please wait for a second and she came back to me offered my tea and gave me a broken straw and I politely asked if I can get a new straw as I can’t make a hole with it, the next moment she grabs my broken straw pushes it hard and was like there you go… also said that I have to be strong enough. Strong enough for what? I felt it was rude and the lady behind me was just staring at the menu didn’t even ask for anything and the European lady who works there told her “can you please move back and I will get back to you in such a loud and rude tone. Here’s the thing if you have personal issues or if you’re being racist to any kind of race please step back and find a job of your choice. Wow! When did this place open?! How did I miss it?! I'm obsessed with Bubble Tea for 10+ years now, and know ALL the places. I'm living in the area for nearly 10 years too. And I missed the opening here! Shame on me. So, let's see: The interior is elegant. Upon entering the store I clearly got modern, culturally appropriate vibes, and nice and mild music, which is amazing compared to other places that just plays whatever is on the radio The staff was super nice. The menu has a big variety, so it took me a good few seconds to order. She didn't push me, but made the asked item with utter perfection The flavours are amazing, which means, the ingredients are top-notch. I could smell the freshly cooked tapioca batch upon entering, that's always a good sign! The prices are average. It's not too expensive, but not cheap either. It's what a bubble tea in 2022 in London should cost.
