Luna Lounge — Restaurant in London

My daughter went Luna a month ago for her 18th birthday wuth her friends. They took a deposit from her and said it would be taken off the end bill. However this was not the case. They then told my daughter that the company who make the booking will refund her the deposit as they cannot take it off the bill at the end of the night. It's now been a month since we have been chasing them for this deposit and they are making us go round in circles saying that its another Co. that deal with deposits & only they can give that deposit back. What kind of rubbish service is this! I'm fed up of chasing them, its Lunas Lounges responsibility to refund my daughter her deposit or take it off the bill like all other resturants do. I've never experienced such a bad service. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL...

One of the best shisha places I have been to in a while. Both my husband and I were impressed with the setting, food and shisha. We were recommended this place by a few girls we met to actually go to shisha gardens however this was closed and they told us to go to Luna gardens. I must say I’m so glad this happened. The food and the service and the shisha were 10/10. I managed to get a photo of the drinks but the food was too good we dug straight in and forgot to take a picture. Portion sizes are brilliant too. I just previously commented but had to delete it so I could reply, first of all I have been to luna over 20x and loved every vist.

This food was not late or had a delivery issue..... the burger was stinking and raw in the inside! Wallahi it was terrible and I'm sure those burgers are frozen, which I have no issue with but that's not the type of burger that comes a bit pink on the inside .

And I know people who know the owner or owners of this place so I have no reason to lie but at the same time I tell the truth that food went...
