I was interested in ordering a 15-inch pizza, which they advertised under a “Buy One, Get One Free” offer. At first glance, this seemed like a decent deal—until I saw the price. A single 15-inch pizza was listed at £19.99. That’s just one penny under £20, meaning with the "deal," you're essentially paying £20 for two pizzas. On paper, it looks like a promotion, but in reality, you’re just being charged double the standard market price for one pizza.
To put this in perspective, most other local pizza shops charge around £10 to £12 for a 15-inch pizza—sometimes even less. So it felt like a misleading marketing tactic rather than an actual discount. You're not getting one free; you're paying full price for both and being told it’s a deal.
That left a really bad taste in my mouth, even before trying the food.
Feeling disappointed and a bit shocked, I decided not to go ahead with my order. The worst part? The person working at the counter didn’t show the slightest interest or concern when I politely declined. No questions, no attempt to understand my concerns—just an indifferent attitude that made me feel like my presence or feedback didn’t matter.
This was a far cry from the Mario Pizza I used to know and support. It’s sad to see a business that once had potential and integrity seemingly turn into one that relies on misleading pricing and poor customer service to get by.
I’m genuinely sorry to say this, but I feel that Mario Pizza has lost its way. I hope they take honest feedback seriously and make the necessary changes. Until then, I would advise potential customers to be cautious and pay close attention to what they’re actually getting for...

I see a lot of different reviews and this is mine on my personal experience on 22/10/20. I ordered a medium pizza, a 1/2 pounder and too much chips to feed me and my two girls at home whilst Mrs was at work. Kids are always complaining I can't cook, but I order food like a pro. I ordered via JustEat at 1130 and payment taken and order was confirmed. Delivery time was 1210pm. I saw no further updates on the app saying 'the driver was there' or food was 'on way' at exactly 1152am the guy was knocking on my door delivering. I plated up and the kids couldn't stop complimenting the taste and softness of the burger and they were right. I was expecting a little burnt crusty bit to hit me, but it didnt. The pizza was a vegetarian and apart from clearly having uncooked onion bits here and there it was really good. The chips were really good as well not soggy or cold.
Be aware though that this is my own experience. Some have had bad some have had good. Base your judgement on these kinds of places on your own experiences and then decide if you want to be a...

The place is great. Order a delivery or pick up I've not yet had a bad experience.
If you order a delivery the food always arrives before time but obviously costs a little more.
Pick up and have issues with parking as the location road is small and rarely is there parking in front.
But this is my personal go to place for pizza.
Sides like wings, chips and garlic bread are not the best however other points outweigh these small imperfections.
So far so good. Two years I have ordered pizza from here and I can't speak high enough of them. Only recently I'd say 6 months have I started to go and pick up from the store. There isnt much place to sit, two tables but I'm picking ip so I dont mind. The staff are always polite. Also IF YOU PICK UP YOU GET ONE PIZZA FREE!!!!!
I have now been going every weekend last 6 months and not a bad day yet. If they disappoint me you can believe me when I say I'll change my review so quick...
But I would recommend. Try these guys out yourself and trust your experience...
