McDonald's — Restaurant in London

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I ordered a meal for my family for takeout. After a really long wait, the food was given on a tray. I said I wanted takeout, not to stay. The lady put 2 bags down by the tray for ME to put the food in right on the counter. Why should I do it? It's their job and their mistake. I did it anyway, and then I asked for some ketchup, BBQ, and sweet & sour sauce. She gave me 1 of each, and I said I needed more. She refused and said that's all I can get. I have 4 packs of fries and 20 chicken nuggets altogether! That isn't enough sauce! She's still refusing. Then the manager told her to just give it to me. At every other McDonald's I've been to, they give me as much sauce as I want - sometimes more. After all that, I came home and saw they gave me the wrong order. I ordered 2 McChickens and 1 quarter pounder. They gave me 3 McChickens and no quarter pounder. Unbelievable.

Overall: They gave me a tray instead of a takeout bag and made me pack it myself

This place attempts to cut corners by pre-preparing eight measly French fries in advance, resulting in a lackluster side that sits in a box for a staggering eight minutes before reaching your tray. The cold, unappetizing outcome reflects their compromise on quality in favor of speed. The double cheeseburger, hastily wrapped with an apparent lack of care, arrives as if you've committed a crime. The "Big Tasty" is anything but; it's cold and likely spent an undisclosed amount of time sitting around before making its lackluster debut. To add to the questionable atmosphere, the place is infested with a swarm of young individuals in hoodies, reminiscent of a scene straight out of GTA. McDonald's here seems more like a fast-food crime scene than a satisfying...

Awful place to go. Unfortunately, it is the nearest to my home so it is convenient for me to go there but every time I go, I regret it. The food is awful either old or cold. The customer service is awful. The staff who serve the public do not even look at you while giving you your order but even worse, they do not even answer you when you say them Thank you or Bye! You are lucky if they don t give you a bad look like if you are annoying them! I found that crazy!!! You can breathe stress and frustration in that McDonald... Avoid that place! For sure any other McDonald's will give you better food and experience!!...5 guys will be my next choice...it is just a little bit down the road...at least there will be hot and...
