Tried this restaurant for a late lunch to celebrate my birthday. No busy time when we arrived and the welcome was nice. We were so pleased to see such a beautuful.designed place in wood green area. We are all Italian so we were so exited to try a pizza in a new Italian place even if with no Italians amoug the staff. Unfortunately we start to have some disappointment by the service as soon as we ask for gluten free items. The staff was clearly not aknowledge abou what they are selling and what is a gluten allergy. We asked if they could do a gluten free pizza, but the first server(who seemed to be at his first day) didn't know so called another one who asked us if the allergy was for drinks or food(no knoledge about what is an allergy) Apparently they do gluten free dough, but cooked in same oven so not suitable if is not just intollerance of diet choise. We opted for a steak which was well presented, but a little small for the prise. Very good size for the spritz drink, but the juice for my son is been forgotten, we had to asl three times. For us not gluteen free we ordered a meter pizza and a white kid pizza. We received a normal margherita (never ordered) and the meter one. We kept what we didn't ordered anyway and it was ok: the pizza dough is not great I believe cause the flour is too much mixed with semolina and makes it so mealy. The ingridients on top were good. The table mantenance was a bit too much and the attention to the action too low: we received a caraf of water without glasses and dessert without spoon. I did really appriciate the time that 3 of the servers spent to sing happy birthday to me even if the place got very busy at that time. The bill arrived with no complimentary for the birthday(expected for the many anattentive mistakes and not for the actual occation) and no pizza discount for the kids size mistake as promised at the moment it was resent on the table. Overall was ok, but for poor service, pizza quality and price not matching it, we will not rerurn soon. It can become a good place. Lots of room for...

I went for dinner with the family to this newly opened restaurant. I’m a big fan of Italian food having travelled to Italy too.
On arrival the wait staff were very friendly. We were seated promptly and they took our order fairly soon after.
I ordered the Ravioli Con Ricotta which is a filled pasta with ricotta cheese and mushrooms served in a creamy sauce. My brother arrived shortly afterwards to then order the same thing.
Once my food arrived, I was already disappointed. The portion size was frankly a kid’s size. Without being too cynical I guessed that, given my brother’s portion size was similar and arrived at the same time (despite him coming later), one portion was actually split into two.
In any case, once I delved into the pasta again I was disappointed. The Ravioli was tough and the creamy sauce lacked flavour. As you can tell from the image, I didn’t end up finishing it.
What disappointed me most is that I mentioned this to two different waiters. Both disregarded my comments and said ‘this is the usual portion size’ and ‘maybe it will be better next time’.
I’ve been to many restaurants in the past (in and out of London) and almost in all cases, waiters are usually receptive to comments and try their best effort to make things better for guests.
There was no effort at all in this regard. At other restaurants waiters will try to have the chef recook, increase the portion size or even offer another dish. There was none of this.
I was utterly disappointed and quite frankly it...
Read moreWent here with the wife for an anniversary dinner. We came last year also. I got a pepperoni pizza again with a 260ml glass of red wine and a spiced rum cocktail. The wife just got calamari with mashed potato. I tried my wife's food and it was very nice, can't fault it. My pizza was amazing and I wish pizza hut could replicate the pizza. The red wine was soft and flavourful, the cocktail was surprisingly strong and very tasty. When we walked in there was no one at the door and we had to sort of make ourselves known, whilst eating we saw a group of 5 people come in and look around for someone to greet them, they eventually turned and walked out. The initial service wasn't bad but I felt tension (I was dressed smart but not dressed to impress, unlike the wife). As the night went on, the service felt more natural and I felt more comfortable. I was ultimately happy with the service and felt I tipped accordingly. Would I eat there again? 100% I would. The cost was £79.26 which was decent. The night ended very well and the waiter, Artan,...
