Went to this branch again today. Ordered about £30 of food for the family. Unfortunately once again for the 3rd time this year they forgot to put something which I ordered. This time it was a Big Mac! It was take away so I didn't notice until I got home. It seems like during busy periods like lunch or breakfast there is a high chance they forget to put something in your ordered.
To the managers and owners who run this branch can you retrain your staff to double check the order the customer placed and make sure it's all there. This is call decent customer service.
For customers to this branch, if you buy loads of food during busy peak times make sure you get what you ordered esp if you are going to take out. I will definitely bring doing that next time. Don't trust the staff here to get it right.
The staff on the kitchen here seem more interested in taking to each other than ensuring you get what you ordered.
The branch used to be good a few years back but seems to have gone down hill recently.
Also the quality of the food is hit and miss here. Depends on who makes it I assume.
They also allow kids with their roller blades on in which is a nuisance and potentially cause harm to other customers.
I've also seen dogs allowed in here. Not even for blind people but you average dogs. Not very hygienic in my opinion.
Sometimes you get good staff who do what is right. Most of the time you get the ones who...
Read moreMy Mum uses this McDonald's occasionally and more often than not receives cold and undercooked food.
Tonight however upon attempting to return a cold burger with a bite from it, the manager became very aggressive towards her, and for the longest time refused the refund.
The manager came out to my mum's car to dispute the cold burger, my mum got out of the car to talk to her and the manager got very inside my mum's personal space, at one point touching her and moving her out of the way at the by the tills.
After, the dispute has made its way inside the restaurant, two young female customers started recording the whole thing, demanding my "old woman" mother apologise for wanting a refund.
The manager, had a terrible attitude with my mum insisting she had eaten "half the burger" which was missing two small bites from it, and did not interject with the young girls, filming my mother and attempting to escalate the situation. One of the young girls apologised on behalf of my mum to the manager, before shouting insults as my mum left. The manager had a grin on her face.
Mum came home distraught. Avoid this...
Read moreThe McDonalds business model is falling to pieces and it is because there are far too many delivery riders putting a strain on staff, food and customers. Case in point- came here yesterday to pick up breakfast . There was no room in the foyer at all due to delivery drivers. 5 mins later all gone and my order was made. For the next 15 minutes all i could see was staff stacking up delivery bags for drivers to collect- 24 of them in total- all sitting there going cold, no drivers to collect them , but none of the actual customers in the branch being served either. jUst standing round holding receipts. Staff all seemed to be majorly stressed as well. After 20 mins i told the manager this was unacceptable - 20 years ago if you waited longer than 5 mins you got a free meal. This branch and the one in Bell Green are becoming the worst in London due to the prioritisation of delivery riders over...
