McDonald's — Restaurant in London

I come here approx once every two weeks. There is always at least 10-15mins wait on weekdays evening and the toilets (for customers) are always closed. Which is annoying enough. Anyway. Last night I ordered chicken salad. After another 15mins wait, I took my takeaway order,got home and what a surprise,there was green salad but no chicken. I paid for the chicken, I got a sticker on the box that's a chicken salad but there was no chicken to be found. I know that in these places the orders needs to be checked every time because every time something is missing. Without a fail. But I failed to check because I was rushing. So,my advice, don't leave that place with your takeaway order without checking. Another issue with them is the ice cream. Every time in the order there is an ice cream. This is the first thing that the staff will put on the side when they prepare the orders. Guess what? Therese ice creams stay there for 10-12mins while the rest of the order has been prepared. I don't think one needs much of a common sense to know that the ice cream will melt. Therefore,when the order is ready and they give it to me , I am facing the same issue without a fail, melted ice cream. On the 5th August 2019 even if you visited the Stratford Shopping Centre 7:00 or 8:00 something still some of the employees wouldn't allow your order arrived early even you come to the restaurant early than another customer with the number to deliver their food. Plus it likely that you have to wait longer on the queue. Despite, they weren't enough paid customers with their receipt in the first place before called your order. On the positive, the employees are hardworking and patience with the paid customers and the choice of language is informal and clarity rather than used slang/urbanism phrase to customers. And their pancakes are tasteful and well done. Somehow one female employee has made an error on my breakfast order despite it only one thing and you need the urgent to tell them to put a tissue on the trays. And the employees should have been fully aware of the preparation. Plus, the hot chocolate beverage is bland and average no actual taste. It's disappointed and I wouldn't recommend the Stratford Shopping Centre's McDonald's for someone who is looking for cheaper lunch or breakfast deal with them. Go to Greggs or other restaurants who are more aware and professional on the food...

Unfortunately, this was one of the most negative experiences I have ever had at a McDonald's restaurant in Stratford Branch.

The service was extremely poor, likely due to the restaurant being busy at the time. However, what made the situation worse was the behavior of the manager on duty. I found them to be unprofessional, disrespectful, and lacking in inclusivity. When I politely asked the manager to scan my rewards code, they did so but then abruptly informed me that there was no reward available. I showed them that I had 9,000 points, but they dismissed me by stating that the system was not working. What was most unacceptable was the manager's use of inappropriate language, which was not only unprofessional but also deeply embarrassing and disrespectful. This behavior left me feeling humiliated and disregarded as a customer. I expect McDonald's to uphold a standard of professionalism, inclusivity, and respect for all customers, and this experience fell far short of that expectation.
