I never felt so embarrassed in my life all I needed was help with the machine I asked one of the managers if they could help me I understand it is busy at that time so what I did I waited in the line so I can pay with cash at the counter the secretly comes up to me and tells me you can not stand here you have to use the machine I told him I am sorry I am unable to use the Micheal as I am dyslexic the secretly guard laughed and looked at the manager they boat start laughing at me all I needed was help but they d id not offer this. OK I understand They are busy.the security guard was so rude on never felt so embarrassed because he was putting me down and telling me you can't even use a machine I told him I am dyslexic he laughed constantly then he told me you have to use the machine I told in I am not able to use the machine he kept on arguing with me I asked for the manager again and the manager said he can't do nothing about it because the security is with a nother company then. got abusive toward me he called me funny names and start making fun of me in front of other people at his work please I will never come back to this restaurant ever again due to the service and the security guard who think he owns the business which is a franchise he is just a security guard but the manner of his behaviour was so appalling I would not recommend anyone going to this place because you will get abused by the staff and the security guard who thinks...
   Read moreNothing worse than waiting for your food but ending up with cold food because theyâve left the fries out for so long theyâve gone cold. Whilst all staff are serving takeaway (Uber eats, just eat etc) but not a single in store order has been called. (Please bare in mind the pictures are from 2 different days) Youâre still left waiting as a customer for food and despite takeaway drivers having their own waiting area, they still go into the customers area expecting to get food faster. Itâs pathetic really. Why canât staff serve both takeaway orders and customer in store orders, especially when youâve clearly got more than enough staff as some just seem to be standing there doing nothing but stare at customers whilst they wait for their food. They have a lift for customers who need it but itâs been out of service for several months now so is t very accessibility friendly. They have a little seating area thatâs pointless as it ALWAYS CLOSED to customers. Thereâs a table opposite the food collection point but no chairs. Better off waiting for the original McDonaldâs a little further up the road to finish refurbishment works as this little McDonaldâs seems to cater for delivery only as you spend forever waiting for food. Only very rare occasions you can collect your food within less than 10 minutes...
   Read moreJust up the road from the hotel ,used on two nights .first night the place was busy ,not often I come across door security,but it's London I guess . Used the boards to order, no ticket given ,no seating in this place ,waited and waited ,my mate collected his food ,waited ,waited ,watching people come and go ,finally twenty three minutes later ,got it .food ate back in the hotel .was okay .
2nd night 12-30 am ,place was rammed ,queued outside ,got to order ,virtually every machine wasn't giving tickets ,waited waited again mate served .watching numbers well after me collect their orders .waited ,finally half a hour from ordering food drinks arrived .staff were pretty rude when I asked about the delay
Went back to the hotel ,I'd had nothing to eat since breakfast .starving . unbelievable,the order was wrong .had tiny burgers ,not what I paid for .fuming .honestly couldn't be bothered going back through all that again . Cost me a small fortune for two tiny burgers .not what I paid all that money for .
Glad I don't live near here ,I'd go elsewhere...
