I wasn't happy with the cleaning here especially with all the Covid stuff going on . The screen to make my order was covered in finger marks that were obvious and in plain site . There was hand sanitizer on one of the tables but wasn't right at the door you had to look for it. There were members of staff half wearing masks not covered their noses . I pointed one to one that if she pinched the nose band it would not keep slipping down . The reply I got was oh but my asthma. My personal thought on this was if this member of staff genuinely had asthma to that degree then they would have had an exemption card and not be required to wear a mask at all. Not only partially wear one , I do accept that some people are exempt due to medical conditions as I have a family member that has COPD and is in possession of an exemption card . But I was extremely surprised to see how many members of staff at this branch were wearing this piece of PPE incorrectly. Maybe I am wrong here but I do think that it would be highly unlikely that more than 60% of the staff here have an underlying health issue that doesn't require them to use the PPE that their employer has provided correctly . The food was delivered to my table that I noticed wasn't very clean, I ended up just picking up the bag and taking it to my car , where I sanitized my hands before eating my food . We all enjoy McDonald's breakfast and they have a responsibility to protect us and provide its customers with a place that is clean and safe as possible to eat in. Unfortunately this time I feel they they...

I went to McDonald's yesterday 10:30 am with my two kids, in my car using the drive through, I made the order and next window paid, but they were quite busy and asked me to wait for my food in one of the parking bays , I was waiting 10 minutes while my kids starting to get anxious and complaining about the waiting time, I went to the window walking, they ignored me, while they were serving to the other cars and I decided to wait for a few more minutes, after 10 more minutes they did not bring my food, because my kids complain so much and started to cry, I decided to go back and claim for my food, to one the windows, unfortunately they forgot about my order they did not have my order, they forgot about me, and the worst thing is because I left my kids in the car they release the hand break, and the car started to go backwards against the other cars in the queue, my son started to shout and I saw them just in time to run and stop the car before it crashes. I was shocked that I did not wanted the food anymore, then one of the managers came along and asked me, what is my order? and I couldn't answer, then I just said three meals that's all what I want eventually after 3 more minutes they serve us the food. This is what happened to me yesterday 12/4/2021 it could it be worst. This could have avoided if they have enough staff . This place needs more workers, more training for staff and deal...

Reviews are mostly people's own experiencies and opinions and can't always be proven. I order RARELY from Mc' Donalds as the only VEGAN option is the Mc' Plant. I can see usualy they are VERY BUSY at least on the after school hours and before closing. I ordered via app and waited a while until my order was ready. I could see drunk people, angry people. When my food was ready, the very nice lady apologised for the long wait. Only those that work in hospitality can understand how many factors can delay or affect the service or quality of food. That being said, the amounts of money spent at Mc' Donalds are usualy small, a meal is under £10, therefore, the service or food will never be a 5 star quality. I would like to THANK and send my respects at least for the Streatham EMPLOYEES as honestly they have to deal with all kind of people from rude to agressive and I am pretty convinced their montlhy wages are just enough to live like most of us. As for my choice of meal from them I think it's just what I spent for. Not the best burger but also not the worst. Ps: The very nice young black lady with a blonde wig told me she wished all the costumers were understanding like me 🥺 I have the feeling it wasn't one of...

This place is well too small for the busy location it is in. I came here on my lunch break (my lunch is 30mins) and it took me over 45 mins from entering the car park to exiting (I went through drive through and took the food back to my job). It got way too busy, and the staff couldn’t handle the pressure. I waited 20mins just to order! Also, the lay out of the drive through is a bit awkward for work vans, as cars behind me went to the other ordering machine, and jumped in front of me to pay and pick up their food. That was very annoying as I had a short lunch break as it is. Exiting the car park was also difficult for me to get onto the right lane (you can only do left out this car park). The road was too busy and no body wants to give way to the people who want to move over to the right lane. I was working only 5 mins away, but by the time I got back to my job, the food already had gone cold. I didn’t enjoy any of the experience of visiting this branch.

I am not local to the area. I am here in a day trip with the family. I decided t take the little ones into this mcdonalds. My little one needed to use the loo while my wife ordered our food. Unfortunatley i had to come back out and swap roles with my wife as there was no loo roles in the toilet. We waited 20 minutes for our food and when it arrived it was the wrong order. I did not make a fuss as i could already hear other customers complaining at the desk. I have put a photo of what my order looked like when it arrived. In front of where we were sitting was a "join a brilliant team" vacancy board. From this i can gather that they are short staffed. However standards need to be improved here if you want to fill those vacancies. No real excuse for a wrong order.. hope to see improvements if i ever come back.

The Filet-O-Fish burger here always tastes burnt, looks shrivelled and dark, and seems to have less fish stuffing. I thought McDonald’s changed their recipe but then I ate one in Leicester Square and it was as delicious as I remembered it. Now I’ve realised they’re probably pre-frying them and then re-frying. The crust is extra hard and dark and tastes burnt. The burger looks thinner than normal because it’s dried up. It’s really annoying because this is my go to burger but they’re doing something weird with it at this restaurant. It’s meant to be a golden orange colour not dark. The burger is so dry I’m sure they’re refrying them.
