Very DISAPPOINTED every time I go to the drive through they always give me half empty drinks this is getting ridiculous if I’m paying for a drink why must it be half empty ? I paid with full money I did not pay half price for the drinks ! I complained about this to the guy who served me he told me it’s half because there is no ice in the drink. Common sense not everyone likes to have ice in their drink people have sensitive teeth and this does not justify the reason why the cup should be half empty its like saying your drink it not full because you requested for no bubbles or fizz in the drink ! When you go to the shop to buy a drink do you ever buy it half empty ? No it’s always full so this Is really a scam I request for a refund the member of staff told me mc Donald’s does not give refunds to customers!!!! I returned all 6 drinks and told him I want my money refunded !!!!!! he went away and filled the drinks after he had said to me the drinks can’t be filled up to the top it’s done by a machine don’t human have to press start on the drinks machine that’s a complete lie! now when I got the drinks they were still half empty and only to find out he had added water to all our 6 drinks it had zero taste the drinks were very plain it was basically water this is absolutely shocking behaviour.

Store manager Mr (ghost) Hafiz really need to show up and interact with drivers and customers to see what’s going on but his an alien to the store even if you look for him he won’t show up. Today there was a drivers strike due to racial profiling and hate crime it’s been reported to the correct department of police and will be in touch in due time. Deliveries were stopped from 1:30am to 6 Everyone ordered were left hungry only bcoz one guy (Shah Kamali) was the culprit who showed arrogance for his racial, hateful behaviour wouldn’t apologise. Now personally I like the guy but this needs to be heard for store improvements and Hafiz needs to be replaced with better friendly manager unless he has good hands with people higher which I believe hence they won’t replace him. I really hope things start changing as I’ve see this McDonald’s open in front of my eyes from day one and it’s heart breaking to see the way it’s running. 90% employees can’t even say a full sentence in English how are they allowed in customer service...

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I went through the drive-thru and politely asked for pickles and onions to be added to my McCrispy. The person taking my order seemed unsure but told me it should be fine. When I got to the window, a manager—who I believe was South Asian—told me that adding pickles and onions wasn’t allowed due to “allergy concerns.” That explanation didn’t make much sense, especially considering those same ingredients are used in other items on the menu.
Instead of trying to accommodate a simple request, he rudely recommended a completely different burger that came with jalapeños and chili sauce—spicy toppings that are far more likely to trigger allergies than pickles and onions. The manager’s attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, making the whole interaction uncomfortable and frustrating.
If you’re looking for a place where you can customize your meal and actually enjoy your food without being talked down to, I would strongly suggest going elsewhere. I won’t be returning, and I definitely don’t recommend...
