McDonald's — Restaurant in London

I recently visited McDonald's for breakfast and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. I had ordered my meal to be served at the table, but several aspects of my visit were quite disappointing.

Firstly, the cucumber in my meal was noticeably unfresh and had an unpleasant sticky texture. This was quite disappointing as I expected fresh ingredients in my meal, especially when dining at a well-known establishment like McDonald's.

Moreover, I did not receive any napkins with my order. Napkins are a basic necessity, and their absence was inconvenient and frustrating.

Overall, my visit to McDonald's for breakfast was not up to the standards I have come to expect from the brand. I hope that these issues can be addressed to ensure that future customers have a more enjoyable dining experience.

The asain male manager or supervisor in the High Road Ilford McD is really rude and has anger management issues these days especially during this Covid times the behaviour seems similar to someone who owns the establishment rather who manages it.

The ambience and atmosphere seems like an outdoor market rather than a world famous fast food restaurant too much noise and abuse sometimes to have a meal in peace.

McD higher management should get in touch with this individual ASAP and sort out whatever personal or professional issues he may be having as the way he behaves with certain visitors is really worrying and a shame for McD brand name. He may have been in service for a long time but he is really tarnishing the image of McD!

Avoid this McD as much as possible atleast when this individual is there as supervisor manager as you will not be able to have meal in peace.

Instead would recommend nearby Newbury Park or Seven Kings...

Total shock, ordered a chicken tasty without bacon and double check twice first when I was ordering and after when I was picking the order from the counter asked again 'Is that without bacon?' with the employee confirming that's without bacon. Fine when home and halfway trough my burger I found bacon! Now shocked and unhappy I went back to the counter and ask for a refund but now the manager it's telling that how he can refund me if I had already eat half of my burger and that's my fault (even I double checked before ordering and after picking up order with the trust that was without bacon) I had no apology and no refund for the worst visit in McDonald's and they made me feel embarrassed in front of the other guests.
