Manager Andrea at 11am this morning - was asked to come to assist me because I asked if there was any breakfast food for sale now that it was 11am. The original lady at the window didn’t know. When Andrea came, immediately she started with a smirky attitude and started mocking me for placing my previous online too late and she smirkingly said they can’t fulfil that order. I said ok. But she kept on. Even though that wasn’t my initial request, I started to reply to her bad attitude and I told her that I made the order at 10:54, and when I arrived the app allowed me to pay and choose the drive through option. She continued to smirk and laugh at me, repeatedly saying I should not have ordered at that time and that’s it’s not her fault, that I need to order sooner. Even though this wasn’t even my query, I did just keep on replying to her put downs, because I could not understand why she was even talking about this and why with so much attitude. I had done nothing to deserve this treatment. All I had asked was if I could buy some hash browns as it was already 11am. I wasn’t inquiring about my online order at all. I just wanted some food. Maybe she was given the wrong info by the other assistant. The assistant was the one who asked for the manager to come and let me know if there was any breakfast left. I didn’t expect a barrage of smirking and complaining about my late online order. I didn’t care if they were not able to fulfill my online order. I only wanted to know if I could buy some food!!! So.. I stopped the conversation- and just made it clear - I don’t care about the online order - all I want to know is if I can buy some breakfast or is it too late. Finally- she replied yes of course you can, we have some breakfast left, that’s what I was telling you. Errrr- NO- she didn’t once tell me that I could still purchase hash browns. Maybe she meant burgers. But I don’t want to buy burgers. If I was too late for breakfast, I would have said ok, thanks anyway and I would drive off. But she wasn’t clear and only wanted to argue and laugh at the way I placed an order before 11. Then she finally took my new breakfast order, which is what my initial inquiry was!!! Then I decided to tell her politely that she’s very rude and there’s no need to smirk at me. Her reply was : I wasn’t rude but I will be rude now! Wow! Then she said - thanks for the feedback but I don’t agree. I said - that’s ok, it’s just feedback. And she stropped off like a child. Wow- I can’t even give polite feedback without being threatened! Note- from the start - I did nothing to antagonise this woman to deserve being smirked at constantly. Maybe the other assistant who couldn’t understand English, maybe she thought I was complaining- nope! I was just asking that since my online order could not be fulfilled then can I still make a new breakfast order or is it too late. Wow, you can’t even ask qus.! All crew members and staff welcomed with a very warm friendly smile and were also very cheerful and helpful, welcomed with a warm friendly welcoming smile. And also took order on the counter, extremely promptly, professionally, smiling, positively and offered dining service and table service and was very helpful and supportive

Read moreI visited Mcdonalds Seven Kings on 24-10-2022 at 13:31 via drive thru. The lady taking the order was so rude. She made several mistakes including putting through vanilla milkshake instead of banana milkshake. Putting hashbrown through instead of small fries.( Hashbrown isn't even a menu item at 13:30) I corrected the previous errors and then proceeded to order melt dippers. The melt dippers did not appear on the screen. I pointed this out and she repeatedly said anything else. To which i replied I cannot see the melt dippers on the screen. The lady screamed and raised her voice saying its a God damn its a screen it takes time. I was taken back. Her tone was aggressive and intimidating. Given the mistakes she had made with the order I was simply clarifying. I proceeded to the next window and was in absolute tears I explained to the gentleman what happened and said I want to speak to a manager. A lady was bought out. She said she knew who took my order, but did not apologise or anything and told him to take the order and send me to the next window. The young Gentleman Andrew I think his name was lovely. He apologised for what I experienced and took my order again.
I proceeded to the next window and was presented with my order but no manager came to deal with my incident. I explained to another gentleman who gave me my food what happened and said I need to speak to a manager to raise a complaint. He again apologised what happened to me and brought out his manager.
The manager who came did apologise and said he will investigate and its not okay his staff...
