Med Bistro Restaurant — Restaurant in London

Racist, no customer service, rude, doesn't speak or understand English, doesn't welcome you or make u feel invited to be in there restaurant. Food is basic tasteless, the fresh juice doesn't taste fresh and is watered-down, when my friends asked to turn the heating on before I got there they said no and it doesn't work, when I arrived and asked for them to put the heating on they put it on straight away. They was rude and dismissive to my friends because of their skin tone. They have no customer service and expect you to pay a service charge. This place needs to be shut down or investigated because it looks a like a front for drug dealer. I don't believe they make money from servicing food cause the place is never busy every time I walk past. To pay 56pound for bad food and bad customer service is a joke. Disgusting attitude from one staff member the man with grey hair Paid £12 for a breakfast which was basically a cut up tomato and half a cucumber bit of rocket rubbery halloumi cheap hunny and a bit of sausage and got pasta and butter for my kid £6 shes 5 she was able to eat it all so you can imagine the portion size Anyway upon paying they would not remove service charge as he argued as it's written we have to pay it which is NOT THE CASE TAKE NOTE SERVICE CHARGE IS ALWAYS OPTIONAL he was rude saying what was the problem with the food and just arguing in the end we was shouted at not to come back which we wouldn't be as food was not worth it's price whatsoever so all in all very overpriced it's dalston not the west end and that staff member needs manners and training in service charge SERVICE CHARGE IS BY LAW...

I do want to say that the food we had was very good but the whole experience was marred by the restaurant not delivering what had been pre ordered. We were at a private party downstairs in a room that needed a good clean. We had to pre order our 3 courses but the starters were served mezze style and did not add up to the orders placed. Dessert was the same. Main courses were delivered as ordered but served on cold plates and the food was not hot. "Issues with the card machine" meant they only took cash for food and drinks downstairs even though the card machines were working fine on the floor above.
