Mill Hill Tandoori — Restaurant in London

After 15 years of patrionage to MHT, I placed an order using Just-Eat using my discount (stamp card) plus because of spending over £50 on one order I got an extra 10% off my order, phoned the restuarant to ask for one dish to have extra spice and was rudely told by the manager that the order was going to be cancelled as they cant afford to give the discount that we had earned. Manager became abusive and started shouting down the phone when it was explained to him that his business had given the discount for loyal service. his response was "I dont care its not my problem, I dont want to run this business anymore" Tottally unprofessional, will never place an order with them again and wont go to the restuarant.

Its not about the discount ammount, its the fact that they signed up with Just-Eat to give loyalty stamps, but when you try to redeem them, they cancell your order, will give my hard earned money to a restuarant who appreciates my custome, and shows respect to...

Having eaten here many times over the years, we thought we'd give this restaurant a visit. Opon receiving our dishes one dish, sag paneer was served incorrectly. Upon telling the waiter, we were told, "Do we want it English style?" The dish was basically cream, paneer, and spinage, nothing else. The waiter then went to the kitchen, and we thought it would be sorted. He went to the toilet, came back, and said the dish was being removed from the bill. We said we wanted the dish, but he argued it would be the same. Having had it here and many places, we were shocked.

No appolagies, no offer of an alternative dish, just the comment that "we can't please every table and have one/two tables complaints per night. Seeing only one other table, those are not great odds!
