If you visit, Iā€™d recommend to stick with their signiture multea series or try some other menus, avoid brown sugar drinks.

They have an extensive menu but I decided to try the classic milk tea and Iā€™m usually quite picky when it comes to this but theirs is one of the best Iā€™ve had - you can taste the actual flavour of the tea and it doesnā€™t just taste like sweet milk. The tapioca is cooked perfectly also, not too hard and not too mushy either. The staff member who served us was very welcoming and friendly. And they have the cutest interiors as an added bonus! I will definitely be coming back often to try more of their menu!

Me and my partner had ordered two boba drinks, an oreo and biscoff milk tea and we imagined that when you order from a boba shop that the boba should be included in the drink automatically however when we received our drinks all we got was milk and no tea and a slither of oreo and biscoff. We soon realise we have to pay extra for the boba that was advertised. Iā€™m not sure if this was just a mistake but nonetheless we are very dissatisfied. Please ensure that you make it clear that you need to order the boba separately.

Another thing have a number that we can contact so that if customers arenā€™t satisfied with their drinks theyā€™ll know who to contact because I know you will not see this for a while. Apologies for the passive aggressive behaviour itā€™s just my partner was very disappointed...

12/12/21 UPDATE: I went for the second time today and am severely disappointed. I ordered the hokkaido chocolate milk tea again and it tasted totally different to the first time. Tasted of chocolate water and the tapioca was undercooked. Not what I was expecting. Worth 50p, not around Ā£4 for that quality. I also ordered the taiwanese milk tea and it was alright but a bit underwhelming. I am really disappointed that the quality of the drinks was so poor this time.

I won't be going back anytime soon.
