Had booked a table. Ordered drinks and food via the app. Starters arrived, one of which was brought out much later when we were almost finished with the other starters. We had finished eating the starters, but our drinks had still not arrived, so we asked why no drinks yet, to which they responded no glasses were available as they were in the dishwasher. We waited another 10 minutes for the glasses. Mains arrived, plain chips instead of peri salted that was ordered, one burger was meant to be garlic lemon flavoured but had bbq garlic sauce instead, even though the toothpick flavour flag indicated garlic and lemon, we could see and ofcourse taste the bbq sauce. Large sharing platter with no plates given to us, we had to ask for plates, they only had small side plates to give as the dinner plates were now in the dishwasher. After we'd finished the starters and the mains were brought to the table, waiter did not clear the plates from starters, so we had no space on the table to put down plates to eat from. We eventually took the dirty dishes to an empty table and left them there, so we could get on with eating our meal. Food orders were slow due to lots of takeout orders being fulfilled. Definitely seemed like the collection/delivery orders were being prioritised over seated restaurant customers. Waiters and waitresses were hanging about chatting instead of clearing tables of dirty dishes and communicating with customers about delays in delivery of food, glasses, crockery etc. We love our Nandos, but on this occasion we very disappointed in the service and quality of some of the food and put us off going to this branch of Nandos...

One of the highlights of my visit was the exceptional service provided by Damien, our waiter. From the moment we sat down, Damien greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, making us feel instantly welcome.
Throughout the course of our meal, Damien's attentiveness and professionalism were truly commendable. He was knowledgeable about the menu, offering helpful recommendations and ensuring that our orders were prepared to perfection. Not only did he cater to our dietary preferences, but he also went above and beyond to accommodate any special requests we had.
What impressed me the most about Damien was his genuine passion for providing an excellent dining experience. The food for the first time ever took 1 hour to come, and we got our starters 5 minutes after ordering. After the food arrived, however, it was where the problems started. First of all, the chicken was very dry, and we had to douse in sauce to get some moisture. I personally am a vegetarian, and I have never had chicken. My cousin was the one ordering and I ve seen him eat all kinds of meat. But for him to struggle to enjoy it was very concerning. Our vegetarian food, however, was the worst of it all. We ordered two beanies pitas. As stated on the menu, there should be some salad inside, yet there was nothing. Remember, the food was late as well. To make things even better, we found literal charred burnt pieces in the beanie patties that were as hard as rocks. In the end, honestly, we expected better from an establishment we have enjoyed over the years.
