Terrible Experience at Napoli Pizza Restaurant - Avoid at All Costs! I recently had the misfortune of dining at Napoli Pizza Restaurant, and it was nothing short of a disaster. Let me break down my horrendous experience.

Rude and Unprofessional Staff From the moment I walked in, the staff's behavior was absolutely appalling. They were rude, dismissive, and acted like they couldn't care less about customer service. When I politely asked for a recommendation, the waiter rolled his eyes and gave a sarcastic response. This level of unprofessionalism is simply unacceptable.

I was there with some friends last night, we had a few Kebabs, although presentation seemed fine, the food was not. The kebab was sliced very thick, and as for the chicken, both friends had less than a mouthful and did not touch the rest of the food as even from where i was sitting for a strange reason the Chicken Doner smelled like fish. I eat out 3-4 times a week at the least and i can say im pretty sure i can distinguish good from bad and unfortunately this was beyond bad.
