I did a next day click and collect to this branch as I urgently need my items before I go on holiday in 2 days time. When I got to the store the lady working there lied and said they order hasn't arrived yet and I should come back in 4 days time. I explained to her that 4 days is too late as I'll be on holiday. But still she refused to check in the back. But I didn't get a text message or email to say my items arrived even though the time was 5pm the next day at that point, as the workers in the store didn't scan in the delivery orders when they were delivered to the store. I spoke to customer service online and it turns out I was right that my order was in that store when I visited as the tracking information said it had arrived there at 11am and the customer service team was confused as to why the women in the store lied to me. After that I told my sister and she was outraged how they lied to me so she went to the store the same day and demanded they check in the back for my order and sure enough it was there all along. Which means they just straight up refused to give me my items that I had already paid for just because they were to lazy to go to the back to collect it.

I don't even expect the workers to go above and beyond in their job role for me. I was just expecting the bare minimum of them to do their job but it turns up they are too incompetent to...

Saw a perfume online at decent price needed same day so went to store get it was then told it was a higher price still a decent price but even when said it's online as this check out man asked to show him so did was then told that's the online price not store price so when said that should be made clear that it's online price not store price the check out lady why should we well my dear as I said make it clear if it's an online price deal exclusive whatever as have come to the store under false pretense thinking it's going to be that price & wasn't so a little unfair to have an online price & a store price & it not be made clear so if you happen to come across whatever on the website & think that's a really good deal then make sure you ordered it online & not make the mistake I made thinking it will be the same price in store also to the check out lady no need for the attitude at the fact I said it should be made clear what price is online or store let's hope you don't have this experience I have...

THEY SELL SEAL-BROKEN BABY MILKS!

Be extra careful if you are buying baby milks from Superdrug Kentish Town Road. Last time when I went there to by Cow & Gate baby milk, I found two boxes with their seals broken. (Refer to the images I have shared)... It could be very harmful for your babies. Also, this was not the first time when I found them seal-broken. A couple of weeks ago, I had same issue. I did not just inform a member of staff that the seal is broken but also advised them that they should be watchful and remove any seal-broken baby food immediately from the shelf.
