Brilliant vietnamese restaurant, I visited twice in the last week. It's vegetarian friendly and the salt and pepper squid (not pictured) are to die for! On my first visit I had the tofu summer rolls and really enjoyed the combination of deep-fried tofu and pickled carrots. I've never had the chance to try a meatless pho broth before and the tofu and vegetarian pho (apple and veggie broth) had surprisingly incredible flavour. For my next visit, I had the salt and pepper squid which which look like wagama's but better seasoned and has a lovely crispy batter. This arrived on a bed of salad with a tasty lemon dressing -this level of attention-to-detail is rare in london vietnamese restaurants might I add. The entire dish was of course, gobbled it up in less than 30 seconds. My vegetarian stir-fried flat noodles arrived in a generously-sized portion and my boyfriend had the rare beef pho which was rich but tasted very much homemade. The staff were very attentive on both visits and apologised repeatedly about our starters arriving late, which we didn't mind as it was a Saturday evening after all. We are planning our next trip to try out the salads on offer (and re-ordering the squid for sure). Defo recommend if you're passing through the area or by Marylebone station.

Being a person that has lived in Vietnam. I was highly disappointed with the food tonight. The food arrived in 2 minutes after ordering ! The noodles were not fresh for a £14 pound dish They were pasta noodles and dried before cooked. I would expect fresh rice noodles ( white and fresh) or fresh Mi Quang noodles for the Mi Quang dish I ordered. The noodles were half the size and thinner than my hair. Not fresh either, but dried noodles. The seafood I can understand being frozen. The two Prawns I did have tasted fresh and were meaty. All in all... NEP NEP was disappointing.

Wowwww what an experience, never in a million years will I EVER step foot in this place again, let alone recommend this it to another living soul - the food I ate here was so so poor, it’s embarrassing they dare to serve this quality of food to customers - here’s what happened on my first visit. I popped into Nep Nep (should be called Nope Nope) recently for lunch, being cold outside I fancied a nice spicy pho, or something along those lines. Having looked at a couple of the reviews I decided to try two dishes one Bun Bo Hue (like Pho) and Bánh Cuốn. From the moment I entered, there was a vibe, I was told to take the seat nearest to the door, but plenty elsewhere. I asked for a seat on the landing which had a single table available - the young waitress showed me to the table, but the manager was not happy that I was going to sit at the table she was leaning against and gave me such an unfriendly glance, she looked very annoyed I was going to sit there. Bánh Cuốn was nice enough which to be honest I was grateful, because the Bun Bo Hue (like Pho) was hand on heart, the pits - honestly. The noodles were COMPLETELY tasteless, broth must have been watered down because you could taste a hint of flavour but only a hint in hot water. The beef and pork had absolutely no taste whatsoever, which tells you how bad the broth was, as the meat didn’t pick up anything from the stock – it was really really bland, to the point you would only be eating it to put food in your stomach THAT IS IT. I explained to the waitress that I wasn’t happy and that unfortunately I wouldn’t be paying for that part of my meal, as I literally only tried it but was happy to pay for the Bánh Cuốn. The manager was so rude, not interested in the slightest about the quality of food or my experience, she started raising her voice making a scene in front of the sitting customers – this went on for at least 5 mins. I explained that I needed to get back to work and that I wanted to pay she tried blocking the door, so I couldn’t leave – eventually I said, you know what, I’ll pay the full bill to save further embarrassment it was absolutely shocking – never have I seen such behaviour from a restaurant…..disgusting!!!! The two waitresses were really apologetic, and I could see they were embarrassed by their managers attitude and conduct. I really felt sorry for both of them having to work with a such a vile person – she doesn’t deserve to be your manager; she should NEVER work anywhere that’s offering a service to customers EVER!!!!! DON’T EAT HERE, THEY DON;T DESERVE...

I have just had the most awful experience snd service at Nep Nep, as a regular here I was extremely shocked at the regular staffs attitude of being so rude & abrubt towards us from when we arrived. The food today was awful, the vegetable spring rolls were burnt, and personally I was shocked it was initially served, so hard that I had to send it back and when it arrived the 2nd time they seemed to have refried it and it was ROCK HARD that i couldnt bite into it, i asked to cancel this and was met with such rude and embarrassing confrontation from the staff in front of all the customers I actually asked her to leave me to eat my food peacefully. Shortly after my main arrived vermicelli noodle with beef, the beef was uncooked and RAW..!! I immediately called back the rude member of staff who played around with it in my plate whilst looking at it..!! Not good, why infront of me? Thats my dinner, i asked her to cancel and infact we decided to leave and get the bill to leave. I had to challenge to get the spring rolls taken off the bill (as I was accused of ordering it by mistake and changed my mind) the RAW beef noodles were taken off the bill and we left having arrived only 20 minutes earlier. I will never go to Nep Nep again.

I used to work close by & I supported them when they opened last year, going for lunch & taking my teams there too for lunch and dinner. BUT today was a terrible experience that has put me off. The service is now terrible and the food not like it used to be, maybe a change of management and Chef??

I live 80 miles away was spending the day in Marylebone and decided to have our evening dinner there, totally ruined my evening. 1/5 is being reasonable infact i would...
