Turie — Restaurant in London

Lovely delicious food. We’d been meaning to go for a while. The aged steak, prawns and grilled octopus were cooked to perfection. So much so we ordered another helping of the prawns. The sides we generous and a good varied selection.The salsa verde and Harissa paste were so delicious I was eating them on their own hence the extra prawns!

The host was friendly, warm and an excellent conversationalist. We visited early evening 4:30 ish after the lunch hour rush when it was a bit quieter. Open Mondays to Saturday but closed Sundays. Enough sitting for twenty for an intimate party I reckon.

Turie is a magical paradise nestled just a stones throw away from Marylebone station. Morgan and Tundi are a winning combination of charm, good humour and good company. They treat their guests like Royalty and bring a whole new meaning to the word hospitality. The coffee is delicious and the cold drinks too. Indeed every bite is a taste of heaven. Turie Cafe is an absolute gem! The food is fantastic, with a wide variety of option- you can go for a healthy, balanced meal or indulge in something more decadent (their brownies are a must-try!). Lots of flavour, and the portions are generous, good value for money. The staff is incredibly friendly. Plus, the place has just been refurbished, and it looks amazing—modern, clean, and inviting.
