Not strictly speaking about the flowers, however… I live close by and needed a small piece of cellophane. In the past, I would buy it from a florist, so went to her and asked to buy a small piece of cellophane. She looked at me with an icy face and said No! I found the owner and the staff to be polite, considerate, and very helpful.
